Three kids, one on the way, needed a minivan yesterday. I showed up with all of them in tow and the poor guy helping us did not flinch once. We test drove a Pacifica with the whole crew in the back which is really the only way to test drive a minivan imo. Car seats fit, sliding doors work, everybody had a cup holder. Only gripe is the van came to us with fingerprints all over the back hatch. Small thing. They offered to detail it again but I just wanted to go home at that point 😅

I had an outstanding experience working with Justin at JS Autohaus. He was professional, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We purchased a 2022 Mercedes-Benz SL 55 and couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision. Among all the New Jersey car dealerships I’ve dealt with, this has been one of my best experiences so far. I highly recommend JS Autohaus to anyone searching for quality pre-owned vehicles in New Jersey.

Land Rover ParsippanyReviews
Land Rover Parsippany review
I had an outstanding experience leasing my new Range Rover Evoque, and I can't say enough great things about my Brand Ambassador Juan Tamayo. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, considerate, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. What impressed me most was how hard he worked on my behalf. He went above and beyond to make the lease work for me and was able to get my payment to a number I was truly happy with. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and always had my best interests in mind. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely trustworthy and committed to putting the customer first. Juan made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting. I absolutely love my new Range Rover, and I know this experience wouldn't have been the same without Juan. If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend asking for him. He is, without a doubt, the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Thank you, Juan, for making this such an exceptional experience!

Auto Exotica review
Wanted to thank Salesman Mark Cirillo for his professional approach in making my 2012 Porsche Cayenne car buying experience smooth and easy. Mark worked delinquently in finding me financing for the car, and when I had an issue with the car radio he provided a quick satisfactory resolve. Great salesmanship, and customer service.

Route 23 NissanReviews
Route 23 Nissan review
When it comes to buying a car, we all know that customer service can make or break the experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Route 23 Nissan, and I must say, they truly lived up to their word. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a dealership handles those mistakes that speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Stephanie provided exceptional service that felt like true white-glove treatment. Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice that felt beneficial rather than just a sales pitch. With two more leases ending in April 2025, I’m already considering reaching out to Route 23 Nissan again. Their inventory is truly impressive—not only did I see a Bentley GT in the showroom, but I also noticed a new model Land Rover Range Rover in the lot. It’s clear that they cater to a wide range of customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Route 23 Nissan stands out. Their commitment to owning mistakes and providing exceptional service makes them a dealership worth recommending.
