From the beginning to the end, Rob provided the best communication and service I’ve ever received in purchasing a vehicle. Rob made it a priority to make sure the best service was provided. I purchased a Macan for my wife and a Cayenne for me and we’re so happy that we chose to go with Porsche of riverside and that Rob was our sales rep. We purchased a used car sight unseen from the internet. Chris gave us pictures of the minor cosmetic scratches prior to us committing to buy and confirmed vehicle was certified and in excellent condition otherwise. We flew in from out of town and were provided an Uber ride from the airport to the dealership. Service once there was 5 star. Very professional and personable staff. Only reason facilities got a 4 is because they were under construction... but temporary trailers and restrooms were well kept. Overall great experience!

LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. You never hear good things about dealerships and my husband and I have always had pretty horrible encounters with the sales and finance at a dealership, but we walked out of JLR and we looked at each other and said we're definitely coming back for all our cars. There is Serious driving comfort in my 2007. I bought it to use as my road trip runner as well as my playground toy for stomping off-road and exploring the desert. In two years of ownership, it has FAR exceeded my expectations. I found an ace of a local guy for maintenance makes it more affordable than dealer And other than battery, no issues in 35k miles and she has been ridden HARD and towed some big loads. No effort for highway driving and intuitive and spectacular options for Offroading. ONE complaint is the not-US standard wheel size-it Made tire replacement more expensive for off road playing. I’ll be mounting a wench and outfitting her further. I used to race off road with jeeps in my past, but now with a comfort rig available for a princess like me, I’ll choose my 2007 hSE sport W/ airbag suspension and heated seats over a 2007 Jeep in a heart beat. I Purchased my rig in 2018 and love that it had depreciated in price that allows me to have all its options and solid truck capacities at an amazing price. My research showed that the pre-2009 RR’s seemed to be much more reliable than the ones that came down the pipe after the recession. I recommend that after 125k, A tuneup Is in order and can bring her gas mileage up to the range of 18 to 21 MPG. My only other complaint (Than wheel size) is that it is a bit difficult to sleep inside the back-(For trailhead hiking early starts) After the seats fold down, its max length inside is about 5 foot 6” if sleeping 2 people. I love my black Betty -she’s so rocksteady-blam a lam !

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

I went to Puente Hills Mitsubishi and I received HORRIBLE service. I was able to find the same car, in better condition, for a better price at South Coast Mitsubishi. I called around 7pm, and got into contact with Patrick. I told him about my experience and he told me he could help me out, get me into the Mercedes Benz I wanted, just needed me to make it into the dealership that night. When I arrived the car was washed and in the front before we even knew if i'd be able to purchase. The car was great, Patrick was amazing, and Sep was my finance manager. Sep is the best, he was able to lower my payment and got me a great service plan. There was a mishap on the mileage, the car actually had less miles then advertised and they could've sold it for more. Instead of it being an issue, they told me enjoy the car, they were glad to have gotten me a deal. I went in to change my paper work, they detailed my car, they are really great! I'm still owed a tank of gas lol but otherwise, this dealership is amazing. Purchasing a car you want to feel comfortable, you don't want to feel as if you're being swindled or snaked. Patrick and Sep not only made me feel comfortable, they made sure to get me the car I wanted and the price I needed. I love my purchase, and I highly recommend Sep and Patrick if you go into this dealership!
