This is my first experience with Jaguar and it could not have been better. Because of my preferred options, I had to order my vehicle. My sales representative, Gavin, guided me through the entire process and kept me updated on the order. Upon delivery, the professional staff made the process a very smooth and personable. Crystal was great, I went to the inspection because my husband couldn?t and all the information that I got was clear and easy to understand, they got in charge of a recall that was due on our car; also the location of this place is really convenient, right in front of rose pike so you don?t have to stay at the dealership for hours without nothing to do.

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. I traveled 6 hours from North Carolina didn’t know what to expect. After the test drive, their mechanic Lucas addressed all my concerns I initially expressed form the test drive. Soooo fun to drive a vehicle this size with all wheel drive and over 500hp. 0-60 in 4.0 sec. Super luxury and comfort. Great cornering for such a tall vehicle. Comfortable for families. Can tow more than most full size trucks and xlarge suvs.

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

2021 Volvo was spotless and had had new brakes and new Michelin tires installed. Samantha was great: very pleasant, helpful, not at all pushy. Cash with no trade-in made it easy; still, Marcus was perfectly organized and sailed through the paperwork, explaining each. I don't think they could have done better...

I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.
