Hallmark Hyundai made buying a new car from a dealership an enjoyable experience. Their salesmen were not pushy, or overbearing. They answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a new car. While waiting for my new car to be detailed I mentioned I was getting hungry, and the salesman brought me a BBQ sandwich from where they had lunch catered that Friday. Now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is exactly what I was looking for. All leather interior, sunroof for when I'm cruising, Bluetooth GPS, Pearly white and cruising in style. I'm so excited!!
This car has been one of the most comfortable and easy driving, road hugging cars I've owned. My wife is retiring and we no longer need two cars. If her car weren't nicer and more expensive, I would not be selling mine!
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.

2013, 72,000 miles, bought used, had for w days, engine light came on, ended up being a major engine issue, gave car back to dealership

nice bose system, got the car less than a year & put 4k miles on it started to have engine problem cost a lot to fix, have warranty for it but the dealer is taking more than 2 months (Alpha Motors in Ma) and still having me wait while driving my car around with check engine camshaft problem. not good on gas mileage. Now i get a notice saying there is a recall for it.
Lonnie Stevens and the rest of the service staff were professional and friendly. I knew from talking to Lonnie that he was someone I could trust. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I will be recommending this location to my friends.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.
I was looking for a very limited and hard to find new Mazda. Tommy, and everyone at Nelson, went out of their way to find and acquire one that was in route to another dealer. This was my 3rd purchase from Nelson and I???m sure I???ll be back.

I have a Grand Touring which gives all the features available in 2013 and it’s really still all you need today. With all maintenance done to her on schedule we have had no issues so far at 105,000 miles. Only downfall is very little power but I guess if I want to keep getting 29mpg it’s a sacrifice I have to make.
This dealership is very clean and they have a lot of vehicles to look at. They were very firm on there price even though it was a cash sale. I do understand that every business has to make their money BUT I do not believe in trying to bully or push someone to purchase a vehicle. I was told by a salesman, who knew I was doing a cash sale because I did not want to go into debt, to finance it so I could get it or to call family and friends to donate close to $1,000 dollars. The salesman???s title is a product specialist and I think this might be true only on the Mazda???s not anything else, which I get because there is an infinite number of vehicles out there. The great thing was I found something wrong with the vehicle and they fixed it before I was even thinking about purchasing it. The closing process was painless. They vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition and I feel that it will be a very reliable vehicle for years to come. After two weeks they did come down $400 from their original price.

I did quite a bit of test driving and reading about the various cars and suvs in the similar segment. I was impressed by how far Mazda has come along to design and built good looking cars, engines, chassis, etc. The CX-5 is a 2.4 L 4 cylinder developing 185 hp. The interior design and quality is up market. The exterior design is smooth and sporty. The engine for its size and power is very peppy and responsive. The suspensions are stiff enough to give you great handling and making you feel like a semi sports car on rails. The model i bought was a Grand Touring variant which has a sports mode and also a trip Tronic gear box. The trip tronic gear box is sensitive to your input of up shifting or down shifting but half a second slower from our input. The sports mode is wild and makes the car up shift and down shift based on our tune of driving. The sports mode and the Trip Tronic shifting combined is pretty responsive. The automatic gear is pretty smooth. I also found the road noise is reduced, no wind noise as the cabin is well sound proofed. The engine grunt can be heard inside when the engine is revving at a higher rpm. The overall comfort is good, little bumpy since the suspensions are stiff. The fuel consumption is not the highest in the class and gave about 23.5 miles per gallon. This is should be fact that the engine is towards more responsive and quick compared to a economy mode engine. The 19 inch wheels with 255 size tyres adds to the handling. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend to anyone looking for a family suv/cross over that is powerful, conformable and handles well.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.

I have the sport which is the bottom of the line but it is more car and style for the money compared to other choices in their same league. I absolutely love it!!! Sole Red ...complements all the time! Great on gas!
After spending all day looking at cars... we learned a lot. Doc fees and Admin fees EVERYWHERE.... surprise hidden costs at all the other places. Not so with Auto Brokers. No Doc Fees. No Admin fees. The cost is the cost is the cost... Seriously great company to work with. Thanks for the awesome deal!

Extremely comfortable and SUPER spacious. VERY quiet engine, very low maintenance as nothing nothing failed so far during the 5 yrs I have owned this vehicle except for new tires and Battery.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Sexy, sleek lines, the affordable Ferrari (Even same tone of red). Bose speakers throughout even in head rests of both seats, automatic convertible hard top is the coolest thing ever, super quick and smooth operation-under 30 seconds. The absolute best for navigating through traffic, she is so slender and petite that she can slide through any gridlock of traffic, amazing car!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. This car is beautiful, a hoot to drive, economical and if you buy used, a screaming bargain. The best bang for the buck for a sports car.
Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.
