We drive up and this young man came out and met us. John Wagner was a very personable man and we liked him from the beginning. We told him we would come back on Monday when we had more time to drive because we had several we wanted to drive. John was so patient with us and let us drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. He also showed us several vehicles that we liked. The dealership was awesome. I loved the fish tank. Once inside we were treated as if we were the only ones there by all. They all went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. I will certainly recommend Rocky Williams dealership. They are a Christian orginazition and it shows. Thank you John Wagner and all that helped.
I called about a Toyota Highlander on the website. Spoke with Keith to make sure it was still there. When I got there, he showed it to me, gave me the Carfax on it. He ask me about taking it for a test drive. Put a plate on it and said to keep it for the day. I fully checked it out. He wasn't pushy. The car was in great shape inside and out. They have a great staff and have a great lot of cars to look at. I'm extremely thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend them.
Hallmark Hyundai made buying a new car from a dealership an enjoyable experience. Their salesmen were not pushy, or overbearing. They answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a new car. While waiting for my new car to be detailed I mentioned I was getting hungry, and the salesman brought me a BBQ sandwich from where they had lunch catered that Friday. Now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
While the noise could not be isolated. The noise has mostly gone away. It was more of a make sure the car is ok. They did just that. A dishonest shop could have charged me for something I didn’t need and sent me down the road. Hallmark made sure my car was fine. No attempt to fool me. Took my concerns seriously and took care of me and my car.
Fantastic across the board! We checked out multiple dealerships, and this one was by far the best. John Honeycutt sold us a Santa Fe and the whole experience exceeded all expectations. Would 100% recommend Hallmark Hyundai and buy here again! 5 stars!

In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Adeeb was so understanding! They asked me what I wanted and found me the exact car and the exact package and even helped me understand how to sink my phone and an app with the new car. Everyone was so lovely but Adeeb was so patient with me and gave me a wonderful deal!
