I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. I am very proud and pleased to give Alex (Mr. Diamond in the rough) praise for doing what should be done at every used car dealership. Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.
2016 Lexus ES 300h review
Through the years I've owned BMWs, Mercedes, Buicks and AUDIs. I've never had a car as comfortable on long trips, as quiet, or as good on gas mileage. My wife drives an SUV and says cars like mine are too low, but she always seems to take my car when she's running errands or taking trips. Would definitely recommend this car.

2013 Lexus ES 300h review
We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

2013 Lexus ES 300h review
I have a 2013 Lexus ES 300h Ultra Luxury. I bought it six years ago in 2016 with 66,000 miles on it. It just turned 190,000 miles. No problems and It still has the original Hybrid Battery. What a great car! This year I put some 2022 ES F Sport rims on it. The rims are black like my car. I still get complements on my car and people can’t believe the that it’s 2013 with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I sometimes think about getting a new car, but this car is so great, I can’t let it go. Also the mileage is great. With a 17.2 gallon tank and 40 mpg equals 688 miles of range! The car came with ugly rims and skinny tires. Since I changed the tires and rims, the handling has greatly improved! Great car!

2022 Lexus ES 300h review
We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

2024 Lexus ES 300h review
I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

2018 Lexus ES 300h review
Bought this used in December, 2022. Since then, put on 20K miles, average 40 MPG. I predominately drive in ECO mode, but when I go to Normal or Sport, plenty of power when needed. Many complements on the Interior (Saddle Color) of the car, far more than I ever had on my Acura RLX. Definitely going to get another to replace this 5+ years from now.
