This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better. My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. This beauty checks every box. I LOVE my Lexus! It makes me happy every single time I drive it. What more could you want from a car?

2014 Lexus ES 300h review
Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

2016 Lexus ES 300h review
Through the years I've owned BMWs, Mercedes, Buicks and AUDIs. I've never had a car as comfortable on long trips, as quiet, or as good on gas mileage. My wife drives an SUV and says cars like mine are too low, but she always seems to take my car when she's running errands or taking trips. Would definitely recommend this car.

2016 Lexus ES 300h review
This car has met all my expectations, mpg, quality and style. The perfect mid size road car. My only complaint is the trunk space, which understandably is consumed by the hybrid battery

2024 Lexus ES 300h review
I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Love my new Lexus! PJ was fabulous. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my buying experience. Patience is important because I tend to ask a lot of questions to "clarify and confirm" my understanding of what I'm hearing/ being told. That can make for a long sales experience. Not every salesperson wants to deal with that, but PJ was great! If someone I know is interested in buying a Lexus, I will definitely recommend they reach out to PJ. The dealership is very pleasant--open, clean and even has a staffed coffee bar with complimentary beverages & snacks. Thomas Murphy served as my Financial Services Consultant. He, too, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
