The screeching sound when the electronic parking brake is activated is very annoying. Hopefully engineers can fix this issue. Several other newer Lexus models also make the noise.

Karen Radley Acura Volkswagen review
This is my first ever luxury car. I've owned Hondas all my life. I decided to go with Karen Radley Acura because of their competitive online prices. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the manager and sales staff. I had a small issue with the brakes on the car after using for 3 days and that was fixed without any hassle. I will definitely come back when I upgrade.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

Found this vehicle on CarGurus. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. This company takes pride in detailing their cars before selling. Keith, my sales rep was personable, straight forward, and trustworthy. This place operates the opposite of a big dealer and in a good way too. Also, Sami was a delightful person to converse with in the main office!

Auto Fanatics review
I had an amazing experience at Auto Fanatics in Fredericksburg, Virginia!. After searching for the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, I kept seeing Auto Fanatics come up, and now I understand why!!! From the moment I walked in, the team made the entire process smooth, transparent, and completely stresss-free. there was no pressure at all, which is reare when shopping for used cars. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from pricing to financing options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I ended up purchasing a Honda, and the quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described online. It's clear that Auto Fanatics takes pride in offering reliable, accident-free vehicles at fair prices. What really stood out to me was their honesty and customer-first approach. They genuinely care about helping you find the right car rather than just making a sale. That level of transparency is why I would confidently say Auto Fanatics is the best used car dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia. If you are looking for used cars, Hondas near me, or a dealership you can trust in Fredericksburg or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend Auto Fanatics. I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle and recommending them to all my friends and family!!!!!

Jason was great and thoroughly explained the process. He worked with us and made it super easy to get through.
2021 Lexus ES 350 review
This car has 75,000 miles on it, and has NEVER had a single problem. The only times it was taken in to the dealer or to an auto shop were for routine maintence items and/or for normal periodic servicing (at 15K, 30k, 45k, and 60k miles). It is comfortable and well engineered. I have owned four Lexus cars, beginning with a 1993 SC300, which replaced my 1986 Mercedes 300E, which had a string of repair tickets almost as long as my arm.
