This is a great truck. It’s not a car based SUV. You feel the bumps on the side streets and city driving. On the Highway it’s feels like you are driving a really solid powerful truck.

This is my second GX. I can’t drive anything else now! The service by my salesman Bo and this quality of the vehicle are amazing.

Aside from the legendary Lexus quality; this car drives well, looks beautiful and handles great. My wife enjoys driving her SUV and we are sold on Lexus for life.

I love my new Lexus GX460! It has plenty of room for my family of 3 . It is a luxury car and this can be seen throughout the car. I previously owned a RX350 and will probably stick with Lexus for as long as I can drive due to reliability, great interior and exterior and somewhat affordable maintenance of the car when compared to other luxury brands.

Always wanted one. However quite expensive if new. Struggled with the idea of buying a pre-owned. Finally took the plunge with no regrets. The dealer experience is best ever. The ownership experience is best ever. Any whimsical thoughts about a next car include another GX460. Newer and Not necessarily new. Long trips to Maine have become much more frequent. Never get tired of driving this Lexus.

Very reliable Lexus and great resale. Luxurious and rugged at the same time. You can go from the trail to dinner and not miss a beat.

Great family car with good fit and finish. Engine has slow acceleration curve but good power for passing on the highway. Use of the third row really limits cargo space availability. No problems after more than a year of daily use. While a great car, this generation of GX probably needs a refresh of the engine and some electronics upgrades.

Great pre-owned Luxury SUV for the money. Inexpensive auto insurance compared to other SUVs. Feel very safe when ride in it. The quipped Mark Livingston radio is sound up to the advertised. All of the claimed from road test(s) are true.

My wife and I love this vehicle. This is her third Lexus and these cars seem to get better and better each year. The Lexus also holds its value, that is always a good thing for trade or resale.

Love this SUV! Rides smooth and comfy. It's a total different experience for me and I love it. I have to get used to the size still but that slowly but surely happening. It was purchased used but looked as if it was a 2019 as opposed to 2016 with only $23K miles on it. No regrets on this Lexus and so far, others love it too!

Excellent overall quality, tons of power and sticks to the road. We enjoy all the features and interior space. Every piece of this SUV is refined. Lexus will be our choice in vehicles going forward.

Car is good but scary self- braking intervention even as alone vehicle on the road. No technical solution to the self- braking mechanism activating without any due factor. How to turn it off?

This Car does have it's flaw but its things you can live with, space is a major one but it's not bad.

3rd Lexus I’ve owned and definitely a truck. I drive through terrible weather at times and this will cut through anything. Great for Canada. Comfort and reliability that you would expect from Lexus. Worth every penny if you’re looking for luxury in a truck, add the high resale value on this model and it’s a no brainer For high mileage drivers. The interior could use updating but it’s part of the appeal to me. Infotainment definitely needs updating but again, it’s hardly a concession considering everything else

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. The car is quiet, comfortable, and it rides really nice The only thing is it is a little underpowered

This is by far the best suv that I owned. It feel solid like a tank but at the same time it feels that you are glyding in the sky. Very quiet and comfortable. You can drive 12 hours straight and don't feel tired or achy! The system is intuitive. I got the premium package which has all the technology and luxury needed. Very reliable with lower cost to own compared to BMW, Audi or Benz. I get mpg of 17-18, could be better but then again the car is heavy so a smaller engine will likely make it feel underpowered. I am planning to keep the car for at least 6-10 years unless they change the design drastically in few years.

This SUV is the best SUV I have owned so far. I previously owned a 2013 X5 5.0 and this one is way more comfortable on long trips. Never had any issues and currently have 30,000 miles on it since I got it brand new. I put winter tires for the snow and it drives even better when the weather gets bad here in Chicago suburbs. I highly recommend this SUV. Lexus has done everything right with this model and it looks awesome too. Pearl White with the light tan interior. Sound system is great too. Mileage sucks but that is to be expected for a SUV. Dump your mini-van and get this ride. I really like the larger tires too. No rim damage like the other luxury SUV's with the low profile tires. We test drove the Land Rover Sport, the new X5, and the new Mercedes. and the Audi. This one was the best for the money.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? After having owned 3 different LS series lexus my expectations were founded on this experience. Unfortunately the qualityof my 2016 GX460 is not on the same level. I now have a little over 10000 miles on the car and I am seriously considering trading it in. Negatives are the really bad gas mileage, premium fuel, rear swinging door, interior noise on the highway. I noticed the driver seat bolster is collapsing already from getting in and out of the vehicle. This became noticeable at 5000 miles.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Nicest most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. Had a GX470, sold it and got into an RX, big mistake, quickly upgraded to a GX460. I am a forever GX fan.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.
