In all honesty we, pretty much, bought it on a whim and are very happy with it. It rides wonderfully, has plenty of power and is loaded with lots of extras.

My 4 Runner meets all my family's needs. We were surprised it drove so comfortably, not like a truck. And all the extra room is a bonus. We loved dealing with Handy Toyota in Vt.

I trade in my crappy 2016 pilot to this bad boy. This 4Runner is perfect for my family of 5. We’ll be using this car for our outdoor adventures. We took it to Oceano Dunes for camping and off roading. It drives very smoothly. We like everything about this car.

I purchased my 2016 4Runner SR5 4x4 last month and by far it's rugged and fun. Great for hauling kids and exploring the outdoors. My avg MPG is 16.9/gallon which was expected. It's comfortable, smooth, and feels like a truck.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Great if you spend your life in the mountains on back trails. For me not so much in my older years. I have an 07 4-runner and gave to my son. They both have roughly same mileage and I’m jealous when driving his car. So much better handling, more comfortable and just feels like a much stronger built car. Not worth 45 grand. Maybe 35? I bought the 07 used with 30,000 miles and 11 years later it is still far superior. Bought red 4-runner 3 years ago and it feels like it’s already falling apart.

Went from owning 4 FJ CRUISERS to a 4Runner. I am very satisfied with my vehicle, the way it looks, the color, the way it drives, the comfort. I still have to say the FJ CRUISER was my favorite vehicle ever.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I love the exterior look of this SUV. It looks like a SUV and NOT a mini van! It is sporty and has enough power for me ;) I can imagine driving this vehicle for many years.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Definitely a fun SUV for the family . Reliable and fits 7!! From the beach to the mountains, this SUV does it all. Smooth ride and never ever have mechanical issues. Well built and would probably buy another if able..

I hunt and fish and travel numerous back roads. This true 4 wheel drive never lets me down. Rugged and reliable a true outdoorsman's vehicle. Built on a truck frame definitely reliable.

This car met all my expectations. Plenty of leg room. Rides very smooth. Plenty of USB ports for the entire family to use plus a plugin in the trunk.

I’ve owned a Chevrolet ‘84 S-10 Blazer, ‘04 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the Toyota 4-Runner. I purchased my 4Runner new in Jan 2012 after my 2004 Jeep started to fall apart. The 4Runner has the most comfortable front seats, good fuel economy with great power from 4 liter V6, and unbeatable reliability. Not a single repair needed in 7.5 years and it still looks new!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I got my 19 4runner Sr5 4x4 for specific needs as restaurant shopping and surfing, it has plenty of room for transporting cases of beverages, fruits and vegetables etc and also gives me the powerful 4x4 I need to get to my surfing secret spots when I'm not working, overall a phenomenal utility vehicle, is big, is strong, is sexy.

I am only 5' tall, but I find it easier getting in and lifting up than trying to get into a smaller vehicle. I have hip damage also, and easy to just slid down than to pull myself up and balance like needed from a regular vehicle. Female... and LOVE driving my truck. My other one is 20years old and has almost 275,000 miles. I gave that to my spouse! Barely spent a dime on my 1998 suv, other than normal maintenance, which was always done, which is only 4 cylinders.
