The customer service at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is second to none. From the purchase to maintenance visits, service is top notch. Craig Harris was my most recent salesperson. I previously worked with Shevar Hayes. I am on my third Lexus and each experience Every contact feels personal, down to maintenance. I recently had a service visit which was overseen by Javier, my personal service coordinator. At every turn I feel I am appreciated and important and I can’t see myself doing business anywhere else.

Andreas' customer service is top notch! He's prompt and makes me feel appreciated whenever I'm in for maintaining my 2025 Lexus NX 250. He keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle including texts, video updates and when my vehicle is ready which I never got before working with him. He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! Keep up the good work!!! Kudos!!!

The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

CarMax Indianapolis review
A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington review
We came in today looking for a new truck and our Sales Rep, Will Stanley, was outstanding! He was fully prepared, answered all of our questions, made recommendations and we found a winner! TJ Tate assisted with the negotiation and he was excellent to work with. I highly recommend this outstanding duo. Stevenson Hendrick Honda is the very best thanks to these two fine young men!! Thank you!
