2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. This car was an update from my previous Lexus LS 460 which was 7 years old and had no problems. This new car promised better mileage more safety and if as dependable as the previous car should provide many years of motoring pleasure. 2021 Lexus LS 500 review
This is my 4th LS and the best so far. I like the layout and performance. The seat is more comfortable than my previous 2017 LS460 L. It is a little sportier and I like that. The ride is much better than prior LS's. I wish it had a self driving feature, like the Volvo ProPiliot Assist, but that was not a deal stopper.
