I saw the car I really liked on the website, and I was test driving it the very next day. The price was fair, and I never felt pressured to buy any of those unnecessary extras that other dealerships try to push.

These folks are professional, polite, and actually helpful when you’re buying a used car. They’re not just trying to push you into something to close a deal, they took the time to clearly explain what my payments would look like. I highly recommend. I’m even sending my wife and daughter here to get their cars too.

CarMax East Haven review
We were selling a vehicle. Staff contacted us to give us a link to provide all info for the car we wanted to sell. They gave us an excellent price. ( as evidenced. By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.
2019 Lexus NX 300 review
We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

Road Ready Auto Mall review
I had an excellent experience with Road Ready Auto Mall. I purchased a Ford Transit 250, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Mike was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He answered every question clearly and made sure I understood every step without any pressure. What stood out most was his transparency. No hidden surprises. No unnecessary upsells. Just straightforward business done the right way. The vehicle was exactly as described, practically brand new, and the quality exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for someone you can trust, Mike is the person to talk to. Highly recommend Road Ready Auto Mall.

Highline Car Connection review
Todd helped us buy our new car. After seeing other cars and dealerships coming to Highline was refreshing. He was so pleasant and very prompt during the testing of vehicles. Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. We closed on a 2022 Honda Accord and are in love. The manager closed the deal and experienced was everything as he too was great
