Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently picked up a pre owned GX460 Luxury from Lexus of Cerritos, and I couldn't be happier! I was just looking around for a classic V8 without any rush, but the team here really won me over. I had originally planned to view this model at 3 different dealerships but the team here really impressed me. A huge shoutout to Brandon, Eddie, and their manager Rudy, they were upfront and easy to work with, with no pressure. Jennie in finance was just as wonderful, and GM Nick even took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me. This was honestly the best car purchase experience thus far, even compared to buying new Lexus?s from other dealerships. I highly recommend them.

South County Lexus review
Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . I highly recommend Al one of a kind dealer at Lexus of south country branch . Thank you Al for great service and great experience. Best regards Edna B.

CarMax Buena ParkReviews
CarMax Buena Park review
A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

Definitely recommend Tony Chavez for handling my repairs, my service was completed neatly & efficiently, wouldn’t have it any other way!
2025 Lexus NX 450h+ review
It has very good acceleration when you need it on either electric motors or the gasoline engine. Frankly, this plug in electric hybrid is 95% electric in a large metro area with 36 electric miles each day after a plug in overnight. The plug in recharging draws 12 amps at 120 volts, so make sure not to overload the circuit the wall plug is on. I have used a quarter of a tank so far for 550 miles. The hybrid feature reduces the electric and gasoline usage. The ventilated leather seats, the heated steering wheel when needed, and the large dashboard display are part of the luxuries that that you would expect from Lexus. It has great safety features, but is less of a nanny than some earlier RX 350/500 models. It even automatically breaks, only as needed, much like you would yourself. The car has a little less room in the trunk and inside the car, but even as a larger person, I don’t miss it. The only issue I have is that Lexus eliminated the audible blind spot warning when signaling to turn and change lanes from all 2025 models.

South County Lexus review
A couple of weeks ago we acquired a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We are so happy with the car. Our salesman, Enzo Impagliazzo did a super job selling us on the car and helping us through the whole process of acquiring it. Enzo put no pressure on us to make a decision re: purchasing the vehicle Rather, he let the vehicle sell itself, With his real title as Guest Experience Manager, he proved his worth to South County Lexus in a big way In the process of helping us in our purchase, Enzo became more than an employee of South County Lexus He became a friend A good man indeed. best financing person, we would definitely come back for another purchase in the future,,, AWESOME...
2025 Lexus NX 450h+ review
Probably the best car we've owned in 60+years. The plug in hybrid model is perfect for our needs, getting 39 miles range on the electric mode fits our driving needs 80-90% of the time. When we do a highway trip, the hybrid mode kicks in and gets up. 45+mpg. All in a safe, reliable, somewhat luxurious ride. Biggest peeve is the xxxx electronics screen--- a thousand little options I'll Never use, but change the clock?! or get rid of that stupid "drive connect" app screen?? After a YEAR of trying to ignore it, still pops up as the default screen. Just want the map on as the default, and even though I think I have the green on toggle for automatic Daylight Savings clock, have one time on the map screen and one hour different on the central control panel screen, what gives?? Way too many jujube diddly squat choices for useless stuff. back to KISS a bit would be a plus.

Shottenkirk Desert Lexus review
We bought a 2022, 350IS Lexus, we are very happy with the deal we received. Since then I have taken it in for regular maintenance appointments, they were very helpful & professional. I was even given a loaner car for the day, so I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting all day. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. After my windows were tinted, my husband mentioned he wants his done (his is not a Lexus) they said bring it in we can do it, so we did, they did a great job on both cars.

Came out from Long Beach to see an Audi Q7, It was a car I was looking for specifically and they had it. They took care of me from phone call to dealership and treated me well. The car was everything it was described to be and more. I would recommend them for they are upfront and knowledgeable in the whole process.

CJS bought a used 2013 Honda Accord 1/31/24, it only has 34,000 miles. It is his first car and was happy with the deal he got. Mark was the salesman that went out of his way to help him out. My husband and I, happily took him there after he found an add for the car, because we had made a previous purchase of a new car there a couple years ago that we are very happy with👍Such a friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Again Desert Lexus

Lexus Carlsbad review
I had a wonderful experience at Lexus Carlsbad. We drove 50 minutes to get a car at this particular dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to know they have decent inventory. Even though the car I wanted wasn't there that day, Dino was able to make a deal and order it for me. He was so kind and a great listener. He knew how much it meant to me to purchase this car. It was not just another sale to him but genuinely wanted to make this happen. I felt comfortable from the start and good about actually buying my Lexus here. The managers and finance managers were also on the same page and came up to greet us before we made any deals. I did not feel pressured, but rather open to helping me. Dino is amazing and I would definately recommend to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus to come check out this dealer and ask for Dino! He is a great family man from what I saw and very considerate. I could tell they are all helpful no matter what is going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was trying to figure out the trunk opening and another sales person came over to assist me too! I do not feel like I had to spend hours going back and forth either like some dealers when you are negotiating. It was clear cut and to the point. Thanks Lexus Carlsbad.
