Took in my 2021 Q5 for oil change. Noticed a 2025 Q5 for sale on dealer floor. Notived that it was low mileage. Spotless Shape. Came in the next with intent to purchase that car after some online research. Purchased through Autonation. No haggle, price was the price and it was the lowest listed anywhere for a certified pre owned Quick and easy. The only wrinkle was their trade in offer for my 2021 Q5 came in low. I had a quote already from Carvana that was significantly higher. Bought the new Q5 directly and sold my older Q5 ton caravan for significantly more. Other than that, good sales and finance and quick process.

Didn't want to send us home with a car that we would call them about a motor or transmission problem. Not how they do business. They helped us figure different ways we could finance.
