I would suggest going with Kevin C. and NO ONE ELSE! He is professional, not pushy and been selling cars for 25 years. This place is great, partly because of Kevin.

great experience. Prices were competitive, salesman was nice. Finance guy was superb! These guys know what they are doing. Went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Seamless experience. I would go back again, even if it was an 8 hour drive!
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bigger than it looks, but, smaller cargo area than you’d expect. Seat bottoms are a little lumpy on the cushioning. The controls for the info screen are maddening and shift off whatever you want to do with the slightest jiggle. Advertised MPG is 10% optimistic. Having said all the above, I love the SUV, it’s my second RX 350, fit and finish terrific, comfortable ride, really deadens exterior noise. Dealer service department is outstanding, what you’d expect in a luxury vehicle. I’ve owned over 60 vehicles, 5 of them other mfr SUVs, this is the best.

Matt was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly and helped make the experience very positive
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

The salesman Kevin Sime met me at the door and got the ball rolling right away. I shopped online so he had two vehicles ready for me. He went over all the bells and whistles during the test drives and gave me a difficuly decision to make. I was very satisfyed with the purchase and the whole experience with this dealership. Keep up the good work.

Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue review
I live in Alaska and worked with Anthony Trick at Mercedes of Bellevue to purchase a vehicle remotely. He was responsive and efficient. The vehicle was road ready when I arrived in Bellevue. After a 10 day, 4,000 mile road trip to 6 national parks my new Ineos Grenadier and I arrived back in Alaska. I am happy to have worked with Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, they certainly went the extra mile and I will look to buy my next vehicle from them too. Richard W,

I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and the experience was great. Edwin was the person who I was assigned to and he was great! He even showed me some features about my K4 that I was not aware of. Very professional and said it would take less than 2 hours. He was spot on! The waiting room had coffee and ice with water. Very clean and about 4 TV 's you could watch.

Purchased a vehicle here. Staff was great! Had a mechanical issue upfront. It was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Everyone went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place anyone looking for a repair or purchase.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I purchased a new vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, sight unseen, to be shipped to Florida. I want to thank their team for making this transaction as seamless as possible. The end result - a beautiful new Jaguar showing up at my home - was expertly facilitated by Cesare De Novellis, my New Car Sales point of contact. Thank You Cesare!
