I have now been to this dealership both to buy and now for service. I ended up not purchasing here, but only because I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and was on a short timeline. However, the sales person was great. Additionally, I am now using Josh as a service adviser and he is great too! Highly recommend this dealership for buying or service!
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
I was extremely impressed with Anontio Mora and the Customer Service he provided in my search for a used car. I had the exact make, model, color, and price in mind, and he found me a car that checked every box on my list. I did hit a small issue in the buying process, however Dan Mertens and Antonio Mora worked to make sure I was still able to go home with the car of my dreams. Thanks to you both!

Our recent purchase of a Toyota Sequoia was the third best auto purchase we have experienced. The first and second best auto purchases were also at LeSueur Motors with Kris LeSueur. Why go anyplace else? LeSueur Motors offers good quality automobiles at a fare price with no hassle or no high pressure. The customer service is outstanding and I feel comfortable doing business at LeSueur Motors because they are trustworthy and dedicated to making the automobile purchase a pleasant experience. Kris gave us 100% great customer service. He was professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were looking at and gave us a stress free experience, plus they have great deals. Samantha Terry was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to come to a fair deal on our 2010 Prius. I will not hesitate to visit Lexus of Chandler in the future. This was my second time purchasing from a Penske dealership, and both were pleasant experiences.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
I am the happy owner of a Lexus sedan and have purchased fourvehicles, over the years, from this dealership and it’s predecessor. My service representative, Tom Miller, has stayed the course and the service has just gotten better and better. My most recent visit started with a recall repair but I decided to have the oil changed and the car detailed - and am absolutely thrilled with the detailing result, not to mention the friendly, efficient and courteous treatment provided by everyone I come into contact with, during every visit. Initially, I was attracted by the great central location of this dealership and the state-of-the-art facility; but in the end, it was the service level that made the difference. I really appreciate the respectful manner in which I was treated throughout the purchase process.
