Park Place Lexus Plano review
When I saw Nicholas Hughes working with a lady on an RX 350h, I watched, listened, and I was impressed. He was respectful, courteous and kind. I talked to the lady when Nicholas walked outside to bring the car for a test drive. She said she loved him, he was great, etc, etc. When he came back in, I introduced myself and told him I would wait for him. It was worth the wait. He gave me a fair price on the car, got me more money on my trade-in, and the deal went smoothly. I would recommend Nicholas Hughes to everyone. If he is busy, WAIT. It will be worth the wait.

I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. With God's and Mia's help I was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. Thank you again Mia for being an excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend CarMax to my friends.

Carz City review
Carz city was amazing when it came to my car purchase!! I had a trade in and I feel like they gave me top dollar for it!!! I found the vehicle online and they were so easy to work with over the phone and even when I came in person to secure the deal! They had a game area for our kids to be entertained while we did paperwork. They took care of us and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them and I would do business with them again! Thanks carz city!!!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no hidden fees, no stress, just a quick straight forward deal. We traveled over 6 hours to purchase a car from Steve Hernandez at Sewell and it was worth the trip. We bought the car we wanted at the price we wanted and we were in and out if there in under an hour. I Highly recommend this dealership.

Got in and out quickly with the used car I wanted. Was worried about the financing a little, but they worked with me to make the numbers work, and showed their quality as a high end used car dealership. Thank you!
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bigger than it looks, but, smaller cargo area than you’d expect. Seat bottoms are a little lumpy on the cushioning. The controls for the info screen are maddening and shift off whatever you want to do with the slightest jiggle. Advertised MPG is 10% optimistic. Having said all the above, I love the SUV, it’s my second RX 350, fit and finish terrific, comfortable ride, really deadens exterior noise. Dealer service department is outstanding, what you’d expect in a luxury vehicle. I’ve owned over 60 vehicles, 5 of them other mfr SUVs, this is the best.

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Interested in looking at a Grand Highlander Hybrid. Denise Rand was the sales rep. Tower Honda of Longview review
Easiest, quickest and most painless car purchase I ever made I my life. I found the Accord I was interested in on Tower’s website the night before and dropped by the next day just to take a look. Tyler was the salesman who greeted us and at no point was he pushy or trying to get us to buy the car right then. He answered our questions, we did our test drive, got our quote and told him we wanted to sleep on it. The next morning I knew I wanted the car and by lunch I was driving away in my new Honda completely satisfied and happy with my experience and purchase. I cannot say enough great things about Tyler and Chris and Tower Honda!

From start to finish, PJ demonstrated exceptional professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and walked me through the features and details of the TX 350. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy or made me feel pressured. Instead, he genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. PJ went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled seamlessly. His communication, attention to detail, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made the difference. great experience. Prices were competitive, salesman was nice. Finance guy was superb! These guys know what they are doing. Went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Seamless experience. I would go back again, even if it was an 8 hour drive!

Excellent service experience, from drop off to dealing with a rental to communication and consistency. Top notch!
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

Lexus of Lakeway review
Just drove away with a brand new GX550. Worked with Irfan Ishaq who was superb. Very professional, attentive, informative, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. He was great to work with and has a very kind and friendly personality. We felt seen and understood from beginning (ordering it) to end (taking delivery). This is my first Lexus so it was nice to have a salesperson who was not pushy at all and truly fun to work with. It was a great experience!

Group 1 Toyota North Austin review
Grateful to Jared for answering all my questions, I asked a lot. I hate having to do maintenance because i never know what i actually need and if they are trying to upsell me but he helped explain it so i could prioritize what i could afford and a what order i should take care of things in the future so i dont get overwhelmed all at once.
