Crown Lexus review
My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints about Lexus and I think Tony is a great asset to your dealership. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

Best car buying experience I've ever had! They went out of their way to serve us and our needs. Teresa even went out of her way to bring a car I was interested in from a sister dealership so I could test drive it that day. Crown Lexus is what it means to work as a team and to make a personal connection with their customers.

Crown Lexus review
This is my second Lexus purchase from Crown Lexus. It was a pleasure walking in to this sparkling clean showroom for my appointment to look at pre owned cars and have my trade-in evaluated. I was greeted right away and we began the process. Abel listened to my needs/wants the entire time and we worked through decisions leading to all the paperwork and then with the accounting specialists to finish the process. Attention to detail all the way. I appreciated everyone involved.

Al Khan Wad my dealer at south country lexus branch. just from talking to him on the phone I felt his honesty and dedicated care. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . We bought a 2022, 350IS Lexus, we are very happy with the deal we received. Since then I have taken it in for regular maintenance appointments, they were very helpful & professional. I was even given a loaner car for the day, so I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting all day. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly. After my windows were tinted, my husband mentioned he wants his done (his is not a Lexus) they said bring it in we can do it, so we did, they did a great job on both cars.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

House of Imports review
I had an excellent experience working with Josephine at Mercedes-Benz. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Josephine made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions clearly, and handled every detail quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated that she respected my time and never made the process feel complicated or pressured. She is friendly, patient, honest, attentive, and truly understands what great customer service should be. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they have the best possible experience. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, but Josephine made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely someone I would trust and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Josephine, for your outstanding service! Mercedes-Benz is very lucky to have you on their team. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lexus of Cerritos review
Dorina Gonzalez at Lexus of Cerritos was amazing to work with. We told her exactly what we wanted, including a very specific exterior and interior color combination that was hard to find. She checked with other dealerships and kept in touch with me daily until she found the exact car we wanted. We purchased an RX 450h+ and love it so far! This is the fourth Lexus in our family, but our first brand-new purchase. We had an excellent experience with our previous certified pre-owned Lexus, and this experience was just as wonderful. Thank you, Dorina and the Lexus of Cerritos team!

Lexus of CerritosReviews
Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently brought in my Lexus GX to Lexus of Cerritos for brake service, and working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional 5-star customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my brakes without compromising on quality or care. She was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Amanda?she is hands down the best Service Advisor here! I?ll definitely be returning to Lexus of Cerritos because of her.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
