carneed review
Very helpful with information and quickly provided the additional pictures i requested. Had made similar requests to other dealerhips and either got no response or excuses as to why they could not provide them. Otis and the staff at Carneed made it very simple which was very important to me as an out of state buyer, as soon as the paperwork was done he had already scheduled the shipment and the car was picked up within a day. In my past experiences it takes between 5-10 days for transportation so this was a very pleasant surprise. The car arrived and was exactly as they presented it which is not as common as you would hope so I would definitely use them again.

2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

Fields Lexus GlenviewReviews
Fields Lexus Glenview review
My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2026 sedan from Fields Lexus in Glenview. The gentleman, Keith Tennyson, who sold it to us did a great job of doing so! We had given Keith a down payment on the new model last year; and we were hoping it would have come out sooner, but Keith made us comfortable for several months that Lexus was doing a great job of making sure the new sedan would be perfect for us. When we picked it up from Keith last week we could tell right away he was perfectly right. This is the second Lexus vehicle we have purchased from Keith; and, I will definitely be looking for Keith next year when I trade in my SUV for a new one. Sincerely, Jack Woodruff

Chicago Cars USReviews
Chicago Cars US review
Arturo and his manager Chris did amazing! Arturo was very communicative thru the whole process! They got me into my car when I didn’t think it would happen, and for an amazing price! Will definitely be coming back for my company cars! Got home and the next day I noticed the panoramic sun roof cover was tore down the whole passenger side. Told me the worst damage was some dents in the side door at the dealership though. Asked them about fixing it and they give me a run around and ultimately charging me to fix it.. on top of that it needs two if not four new tires, which I was cool with when I got it, knowing used cars aren’t perfect. On top of the sun roof tear and tires, the breaks are screaming 3 weeks later, oil change needs done, air conditioning barely working. I’ve bought a lot of used cars and never had to put money into them a month into buying a car. Let alone this much money… definitely disappointed EDIT: Chris called me and we worked it out. They did fix the breaks, oil change, and even the rotors to be safe. Overall I’m happy with the service they provided and the car I bought. I appreciate them meeting me in the middle and doing what they could, without costing them too much money. (I have a business so I get it, and again, it’s a used car I know it won’t be perfect.) Overall I appreciate all the guys here, I would still come back and get another car from them!!!

This is the best car I’ve ever owned and only selling because of growing family! Once my kids are grown, I’ll definitely buy a Lexus again. Specifically the RX line.

Lexus of NapervilleReviews
Lexus of Naperville review
This was our first time buying a Lexus and the Naperville dealership was beautiful. We worked with Dylan Kiser, who was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. I would definitely return to this dealership and work with Dylan, Allan, and Brendan again. Thanks, fellas.
2015 Lexus RX 450h review
I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

We drove from out of state to look at a vehicle. I asked a lot of questions before we traveled. The salesman was very honest about the condition of the vehicle and did a good job sharing pictures that I asked for. We were very happy with the price and condition of the vehicle. Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

I reached out to McGrath Lexus of Westmont in search of a new car. I texted them and they set me up for an appointment with Rita and I'm sooo glad they did. She's professional, patient and she provides excellent customer service. After a couple of test drives, I told her what I wanted and she delivered. McGrath Lexus and Rita were AWESOME! If you're in search of a new car, check out McGrath Lexus of Westmont and ask for Rita Barkstrom. ❤️
2019 Lexus RX 450h review
This is our 6th Lexus over the past 30 years. We have purchased new, used, low mileage, not so low mileage; keep our vehicles longer than many and have not had any significant issues to date that would change our decision on the Lexus brand. Yes we have owned cars from other mfg’s...we are a two car family with some varied careabouts. This is our first RX, however, and we couldn’t be more pleased with its styling, comfort, features, fuel economy for a larger platform and overall feel.

Great prices, great experience and very friendly salesman. Was happy that I could take the car on a test drive as well.
2013 Lexus RX 450h review
I just purchased this vehicle used, of course :)), love mostly everything about it. However the leather seats are cracked and the seats are not as plush as one would expect. I just got rid of my 2006 Lexus RX 400h and my seats were not cracked at all and severely comfortable, as if you were sitting on a leather couch. I read a lot of reviews about this model car and saw a few of them on various car lots before my purchase and my complaint about the cracked seats is experienced by many lexus rx 400h owners of my similar year. The quality of the leather is different than the previous models. Lexus definitely dropped the ball on this! One lady mentioned having her same year and model garage kept and even covered the seats with towels to prevent the sun from damaging the seats, however after 7 months of owning her car at the hefty price tag of $50k she is left with cracked seats and Lexus unable to help her because the seats are not covered in the warranty etc. The car drives wonderful. Looks great! I get a lot of compliments on it, esp the color (burgundy w/brown seats). I love my experience so far but hate my seats current condition. So why buy it right? I know. Truth is the car has a lot of potential. This issue was on so many of this modem, I just chose to hang in there with the purchase ... bought through Carvana. The car was delivered to my front door without physically seeing it. I had 7 lousy days to return it for another but I just paused and saw chose to see the overall good in the car vs the cosmetic defect that after researching was prevalent in this model.

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.
2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

This is a very roomy and comfortable ride. Tall family members ride comfortably. Safety features like Lane Assist and cameras, that seem to surround the vehicle, provide a sense of security. Midnight Mica is the exterior color. Absolutely beautiful.
