Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently brought in my Lexus GX to Lexus of Cerritos for brake service, and working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional 5-star customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my brakes without compromising on quality or care. She was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Amanda?she is hands down the best Service Advisor here! I?ll definitely be returning to Lexus of Cerritos because of her.

I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

Came out from Long Beach to see an Audi Q7, It was a car I was looking for specifically and they had it. They took care of me from phone call to dealership and treated me well. The car was everything it was described to be and more. I would recommend them for they are upfront and knowledgeable in the whole process.

We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

Working with MB Laguna and their Internet Sales Department is always fantastic. I have leased or purchased over a half dozen vehicles from them over the past 10 years and most recently have worked with David Abrams who is phenomenal. While I live in North County San Diego and have several other MB dealerships in my area, they are unable to match the people and pricing of MB Laguna. I’m happy to be a loyal customer.

I’ve been going to Vincent for all of my service and repair needs at Porsche Irvine, and he has been nothing short of phenomenal every single time. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to great service truly stand out. What I appreciate most is his communication — it’s amazing. Vincent consistently keeps me updated throughout the entire process, even when I don’t ask. That level of care and transparency gives me complete confidence every time I bring my car in. Vincent is the reason I continue to return to Porsche Irvine. Exceptional service, trustworthy guidance, and a genuinely customer‑focused approach. Highly recommend.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.
