DARCARS Lexus of GreenwichReviews
DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich review
I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!

Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Silver Star Mercedes-Benz during my previous visits, so I truly appreciate receiving exceptional service this time. Beatriz handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made a significant difference in my overall experience. Beatriz is a great example of how customers should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Silver Star recognizes employees like her and continues to build a team with the same high standards. Unfortunately, poor attitudes from some staff members can negatively affect the dealership’s reputation. and i wish then to get fired immediately BR, Oliver

New Country Lexus of Great NeckReviews
New Country Lexus of Great Neck review
I used to be a Lexus of Rockville Center (LRC) costumer. But with LRC sold to new owners, I discovered New Country Lexus of Great Neck when My ES 350 needed some work. The work was done well and promptly. Joe Reilly, one of their service advisers, is a professional and courteous young man. When part of the work could not be done reasonably quick, Joe offered me a loaner car. I was very pleased I didn’t have to sit too long to wait for the car to be ready. To the company’s credit, all their advisers and the service manager are courteous and always ready to help costumers. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all my fellow Lexus owners in this area.

We had a vehicle shipped from another location and it was such an easy, no hassle way of purchasing the car we'd been looking for! Rodney Jones was relaxed, no pressure, and funny! We enjoyed our time with him. The trade value on our old car was extremely fair & we were in and out in about 4 hours on a Friday night. Great experience all around!

We always have a great experience at this dealership! Bobby has consistently taken amazing care of us over the years, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Sally Morshed and Seth have also been exceptional throughout every step of the process—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What really sets this group apart is their honesty and integrity. They’re not just trying to sell us something—they truly care about doing what’s right, even in today’s world where costs are rising everywhere. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and genuine care they put into every visit. A fantastic team all around!

DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco review
Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.
