My Volkswagen ownership is certainly enhanced by buying from and returning to Volkswagen Marin it didn’t mean anything to me when they were purchased by the Indigo group of dealers however their commitment to customer service has only improved from stellar to beyond all expectations!

ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SMALL GAS TANK..... otherwise, the best vehicle I have owned as a daily driver. I had traded my 2014 for a 2017 and went back to a 2015....

Went in today for an out of warranty oil change and inspection. Sergio was our service advisor and he was great! Not sure how to describe the dealer experience here other than first rate. I know that negative reviews are the thing — but after all of our service done here, we’re extremely impressed. Thank you!

Tony is great! When I got there, the car I wanted was already in front and ready for a test drive! Once I was back, he took me to see other color options. Back in the office the whole buying experience took less than 2 hours!!!! This is the second car I?ve leased from Lexus of Marin and I continue to be impressed every time. I?m so happy with my RZ450e and Tony made the process a breeze!

I love this vehicle. I enjoy the quietness and economy of this model. The only drawback is trying to understand how the various features function. Many of the operations are not intuitive.

Need to have a better space to talk to someone. And they need to have better options on buying a car or be more information on it

I purchased a 2005 Lexus ES 330 June 2023 with 39,000 miles. I had to change the EVAP purge valve and I cleaned the Mas Air Flow sensor and removed and cleaned the throttle body. The vehicle had some hesitation and jerking when accelerating. However, it was due to the throttle body being dirty and sticking. The vehicle runs so smooth now with no more hesitation or jerking. I also changed the spark plugs and gave it an oil and filter change. Great car.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

I was very pleased w/ my salesman Max at Serramonte dealership. He was gentle, understanding and very accommodating to the customers' needs. Max showed me all the highlights of the Rz450 SUV car behind the wheel. He told me about the software that are programmed in my car and how to enable the safety features that will surely help me as I drive the car. He did not only verbalized the instructions on how to program the features to my cell phone but walked me through the process as he personally program these features into my cell phone. One of the features I like the most is when I see in front of me the speed limit vs my driving speed. This way, I don't have to look around and be destructed in driving as I look for the speed limit on the road. What I did not like is the car itself. How the charge goes down rapidly just for few miles but it takes forever in charging to fully charge. The cost of my PG&E went up to $1,000 a month. I can't go far and restricted me from visiting my family in Alameda. I can't pick them up to do some repairs in my home unless I charge my car first that takes a day or two. This is not a car for me considering that my husband and children lives and work in Las Vegas, Nevada. My husband had a silent heart attacked on the day I purchased the car and was hospitalized after for several days. He is now back in Las Vegas but he still has blockage in his Carotid Artery and head which means, if he will have an emergency in Las Vegas, I will not be able to drive to Las Vegas for emergency. I plan to trade in this car for gas but I will go to where I purchased the Lexus I traded in with this car. I had a better deal compared to this car. This is a five seater car I pay for $906/monthly. The 2019 Lexus SUV (7 seater) car I traded in with the Rz450 was only $810/monthly and I am 100 percent satisfied with the performance of my old SUV. This explains the reason why I kept this car with me from 2019 until I traded it in with your Rz450 on 11/24/2023. I don't think I was given a fair and good deal in financing considering how the car restricted my freedom in driving around places as a necessity and emergency purposes. I am not happy at all with the chargeable battery cars as well as the monthly payments. The cost in my monthly car payments is ridiculous considering the cost of my PG& E bill.

I traded my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in I was concerned about the low profile at first of my Lexus, but that went out the window minute I sit in the cockpit. I was transformed into pilot. This car in echo mode is a commuter car in sport it's a beast in manual mode it's a monster. I have been finding reason to drive I 💘 it

Purchased in 2022 with only 80,000 miles on it, now has 112,000 miles at 16 years old. Gets 27 mpg. The hybrid battery no problems. With the 2 electric motors the traction is superior. Still has luxurious white leather seats. The poly coating has kept the paint looking new. All I have done is change the oil and kept the fluids up. Fingers crossed hope to drive another 200,000 miles.

I have purchased 3 cars from Elite Motor Cars. An AMG GTR, a G63 and a RAM Laramie Longhorn. It literally feels like I am buying from a family member. They are attentive (even though they are always VERY busy) they are kind and it just feels like I am being very well taken care of by people who do honestly care about the customer. Alex and the crew are extremely responsive I can email him about the silliest stuff and he'll get back to me stat. My only complaint is that they had a battleship gray Audi special edition awhile back and I sort of feel like Alex should have read my mind and realized that I NEEDED that car (an amazing car). I was over in London at the time for work and I thought I could get back before it was sold. Instead he failed to read my mind and sold it to someone stranger that I now hate :) PS it took me less than 2 hours from walking into the store knowing I wanted the truck until I left the proud new owner.

3 years ownership and 50k miles later. It still looks better than most cars on the road. I can't get enough of the V8 noises. There is definitely a learning curve to this car to understand how Lexus designed this powertrain to work. Once you know it it is so much fun. The bad reviews are from the journalists who didn't spend much time with the car. No reliability issues no expensive maintenance if you are a DIYer. Everything can be done at the fraction of the cost. It is built like a tank. Built to last. Design is aging beautifully. My 2015 still look fresh to the current designs in the market. Nothing but satisfaction on every expect. Excellent daily that you won't have to worry about putting miles. Great truck space, Practical. Very exclusive. Sounds like no other with aftermarket exhaust.

Incredible handling with tons of power. Confidence inspiring performance. Extremely fun to drive. Lexus luxury & refinement with Toyota reliability. It even gets better mileage than my IS350 AWD [when my foot isn't in the injectors]. The ONLY down side is the rigid suspension isn't adjustable for a more comfortable ride. I gladly give this up for the handling though.

First of, I’m Infiniti Guy who loves Nissan since I was little , meanwhile back in college we always do Lexus and Toyota engine (overhauling ) wiring and chassis assembly to pass the finals , in short I know Lexus and Toyota from the bottom so then I decide to save up for couple of years and dropped it to get Lexus GS 200T , I had Honda Toyota Camry 1989 and Infiniti G35 2003 and this particular Lexus GS beats all of them base on performance luxury and agility, it suits me the moment I lay my eyes on it , I knew it is going to be our ( mines) car , the most spacious leather interior I alway wanted soft welcoming and warm,easy to clean too, and has rear privacy curtain only can be found in Mercedes high AMG class , and plus every time I look at the bumper it grows on me like it’s going to bite someone, overall we love the car and in a near future will be purchasing another one , possibly GS-F

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

I am a long-time LS owner, also have an ‘02 LS430. We bought this car L/Certified when it was 24 months old. Main things I like : Styling Exclusivity Interior Design Fit & Finish Comfort Performance We only have one dislike: runflat tires don’t give near the mileage as normal tires. That’s easy to fix, just switch to regular tires when the time comes. This is a gorgeous car and a pleasure to drive. It’s an incredible long distance cruiser. Our car has AWD, luxury interior upgrade w/ Mark Levinson sound system, optional wood and leather steering wheel, massaging driver’s seat, and 20” wheels. Some are critical of the touch pad controller, but we have no problem with it. Great car! The only thing I miss is wireless phone connection.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.
