Had a hybrid RH 400 for many years, needed the extra seats and love the GX 460. Can’t complain, adult really isn’t comfortable in the 3rd row for a long distance buy other than that love it. The V8 won’t be around much longer so I’m happy I got this one. Happy happy.

Review from a current 09 is250 owner who wishes he was told these things before buying. It’s small but spacious enough to fit the very basic things. Seats don’t fold down in the rear I never knew that before I bought it so keep that in mind. With that being said the trunk is very large for what you need to put in there on a daily basis. Models before 2010 don’t have Bluetooth music. Engine is a bit more powerful then you think when you first see 2.5L V6 but the torque is really the winner with handling in performance for that category of the car. Car takes 91 octane as a minimum at the gas pump don’t buy a Lexus and cheap out on gas or good oil. Car is great for a basic modification platform if your a young guy looking to get into modding aftermarket is pretty great. If your looking at any of these 2006-2012 IS models CHECK FOR STICKY DASH!!!!!! For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but it does get annoying sometimes if you live in hotter climates. Speaker system is great if you get the mark levinson package in yours. Steering is great as most people say. Gas mileage I get is 26 MPG combined city and highway with shell 91 gas in my tank. Car is great at what it’s meant to do but make sure if your wanting enough power to keep up with most v6 engines (go with the is350) or enough cargo room to go to ikea or Home Depot (go with the gs350). Also if your looking for the is250 for a basic commuter car make sure as soon as you purchase it do this list :Oil change and filter buy high quality oil ( if you live in a warm climate put only 10W-30 oil because the stock 5W recommendation will fail you and the car will burn it all off and run horribly) because yes the 250 burns oil, get the K&N high flow air filter it helps just give the car a little more air to feel a bit faster which helps in this slow thing, general inspection at your local mechanic for rust or general part ware, new headlights because most are fogged from 06-2012 or get headlight clear by McGuires.

Best experience getting a car from a dealership, Allison, our sales person was very professional and attentive, she wasn’t pushing for the sale like others dealers do, she let us come to a decision and the whole transaction was smooth, we had bought our fair share of cars from dealerships before and I have to admit that this one is our best experience so far, we will be looking into this dealership when the need to get another car arises.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Very honest and amazing staff I have ever dealt with. The extra dollars you spend there are well worth it. They don’t oversell you. They give you their explanation of issues and you make the decisions about what you want done. They also use OEM parts,which is not the case at other facilities. I won’t take our vehicle anywhere but their dealership. I deal with Jeffery in service, very knowledgeable and honest. Can’t rate them hi enough.

I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

They also resolved some vehicle issues I noticed before I even bought it. I've been out and about driving the car for 2 plus weeks now with only one issue I didn't notice during my initial test drive. These cars are an amazing value. Quite simply many people hate the styling. Hence a low price. Nothing I write matters on this. You like it or don’t or put up with it for the value. The interior is simply stunning. Other than a Bentley I had no other car I’ve seen is nicer inside. Quality materials. Nice leather. Stunning real wood. And unlike anything else a way to cover the nav screen with a wood door. Stereo is excellent. Ride quality is fantastic for long trips. No. Not a super fast car in corners. Fast enough and very comfortable. Engine is silky smooth and whisper quiet. Except when you floor it you get that v8 growl. Again not a dragster but plenty powerful enough. The roof is magic. A hardtop coupe most of the time but a fantastic open top with minimal buffeting. Reliable. Very reliable. Excellent Lexus service if needed. Our 2004 has merely 60k miles and zero repairs. Many of these are low miles. Toyota reliability is a great comfort. Big and heavy and safe. Plenty of airbags and great brakes. Mass is safer than lighter cars. Do the negative? It is not easy on gas. Styling is either love or hate. Navigation system cannot be updated and CarPlay is not available although there are kits to add it including nav music and phone. So the electronic toys are dated. To give you an idea my new car is a Porsche 911. Modern. But on long trips or just getting from A to Z the Lexus is first choice. Porsche is more modern and exciting but … not as beautiful inside nor comfortable. I totally recommend this if the styling and gas mileage and electronics are not an issue. The value is unbelievable and unbeatable.

We were looking for a Lexus Sedan for my wife, and I wanted a more sporty vehicle. In the past I’ve had Vettes and several 380Z’s, as I aged it was not as easy to get into and out of. So we never had heard of the LexusSC until the salesman at the dealership said I think I have the perfect car for you. He said I think you’ll love the LexusSC we got in a week ago. A 2004 convertible with 32,000 miles. Silver with a black interior. That peaked our interest and we drove it. We fell in love. A silver Beauty with a retractable electric convertible top. Sold! We’ll have this one for a long time. We’re both in our 80’s so who knows how long we’ll be around to enjoy this little honey of an auto. We’ll do our best.

My review of Medina Auto Mall dealership was Top Knocked ! Being handicap with a walker, Sean introduced himself at ur truck to walking slow going in ! The lease experience was short an sweet, we were there at 4, an out by 6:30. Not having to hang out all day at a dealership,like previous purchases. Bought it brand new (about $37,000) in 2005. The first 2 years of maintenance at the dealership: too expensive. Then in 2007 I took it to a down-to-earth shop for maintenance and repair. In 2017 there was Hurricane Harvey in Houston. It was totaled. At the time not only Texas had hurricane damages, Florida too. So I purchased it back and fixed it (about $4,000). And I’m still driving it. 2024 is the last year it’s a teenager. Next year it’d be a young adult at age 20. Mileage is under 150,000. So the lesson learned is live close to work, close to supermarkets, …

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.
