2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Automax of Ocala review
We bought our new Santa Fe from AutoMax in Ocala. TJ was our salesperson. He got us the price that we wanted to pay. We had an issue with one of our remotes, but TJ went above and beyond to make it right. We would definitely buy another car from AutoMax. Thanks TJ for making this an easy buying experience!

Honda of Ocala review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my Honda Civic! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. It’s such a relief to know you can trust the people working on your vehicle. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous, and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. My Honda Civic was in great hands! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and professional car care. I will definitely be coming back for future service! 🚗❤️

We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Jess made this so easy. The car was ready, detailed and had a full tank of gas. The paperwork was prepped and ready for us to sign when we arrived. We would absolutely buy from this dealership again.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Had a good experience at this shop and enjoyed my service advisor Stephanie McGuire who made my service easy and smooth the whole way through.
2015 Lexus RC F review
This is the best car I’ve ever owned. So reliable and very fun to drive. The 2UR-GSE 5.0 liter V-8 mated to the 8-speed transmission is a perfect combination. Ordered mine in December 2014 and it arrived in late January 2015 and was in my garage the next day. After 10 1/2 years of ownership, I still love it. No regrets. I also own a 2018 LC 500 purchased new, great looking car but the RCF is, in my opinion, more fun to drive than the LC 500. Sorry to hear about 2025 being the last year for the RCF. With that news, I don’t plans to sell mine.

very good selection. My new renegade had 2600 miles, looked new.Upon inspection at home, underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit, jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire, but unable to use my jack. Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade, good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

2018 Lexus RX 450hL review
Third row seat is useless even for a toddler. I bought it used from Enterprise. All service up to date from Enterprise was from Lexus dealers. That's a great sales incentive. Good mileage for such a large vehicle but not up to EPA estimates. Most quiet vehicle I have ever owned and a great place to be on the interstate. Power is adequate. I expect and will get many years of service from this vehicle. The Toyota Hybrid system is the best available from any make and if you keep the hybrid air filter clean it will outlast the car.

Love this car! I’m a 60 year old female , I lease this Lexus and it’s so much fun to drive! Love the sleek look, the sport mode, the radio rocks! Not one complaint… I looked around… decided on the V6, IS 350, and it’s a pure joy to drive! You won’t regret it!

CarMax Ocala of Ocala review
Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?
2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach)Reviews
CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach) review
On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.
2023 Lexus RX 350h review
It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I truly never write reviews, but I felt that my experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel was worth sharing. I had the privilege of working with several of their employees on the purchase of my new Lexus TX. Isaac right off the bat was an absolute angel to work with. We came into the dealership around 5pm when he was getting ready to go home. Not only did he stay late to help us, but truly worked so hard to help us get the best deal. He is absolutely the most caring and compassionate sales person I have ever come across. He cares about building a relationship with the customer so that they will return. It explains why he has so many repeat customers. The sales manager Rex is also amazing to work with. He worked late into the evening to help us get the best deal right around where we wanted to be. And lastly, I also have to rave about the finance manager Travis. He answered every question we had and made sure we were completely covered on all bases. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I was hesitant to switch from Mercedes of Tampa to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but am absolutely glad I did. This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Phillips ToyotaReviews
Phillips Toyota review
There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. Thank you Jack! Karen, Rob and Mary

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake). It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Honda of Port Richey review
I had gone to so many dealerships and had the worst buying experiences of my life. This definitely wasn’t one of them!!! I was very impressed with the way I was treated there Eddie and Victor were awesome as was Jaylen in service when I had an issue they handled it perfectly and couldn’t be happier with the sale and the trade value along with the service center, 5 stars isn’t enough.!!!! Recommend them highly!!!!
2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Lexus of Wesley Chapel review
I had the pleasure of purchasing a certified pre-owned 2021 Lexus ES 350, and I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I initially reached out to my awesome service advisor, Deven Roman, and explained that I needed to purchase another Lexus as soon as possible. Deven connected me with Johnny Millaway, and Johnny reached out to me almost immediately to get the process started. Johnny looked into a couple of vehicles that I was considering and invited me to the dealership to take a closer look and test drive them. When I arrived, he had already pulled the cars around front and had them lined up and ready for me. I really appreciated that because it showed me that he had taken the time to prepare before I even got there. After the test drives, I decided which vehicle I wanted, and Johnny handled everything from there. I came back two days later to purchase the car, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience very easy. From beginning the purchase to completing all of the paperwork, everything took about an hour. Sami Keraa handled the finance portion of the transaction, and he was also great to work with. The finance office is usually my least favorite part of buying a car because of the pressure that can sometimes come with purchasing add-ons. Sami was not like that at all. He was extremely pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I got exactly what I was interested in without making me feel pressured into anything else. I have bought quite a few cars over the years, and I can genuinely say that this was my best car-buying experience ever. A huge thank you to Johnny, Deven, Sami, and the entire Lexus of Wesley Chapel family for making the entire experience such a great one. I truly appreciate your help and professionalism!

Phillips Toyota review
Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

I had a great time at Lexus; Joesph Minster and I looked for a good car for me and voila, we found the car in never knew I needed. Joesph was very patient with me even though I was being very indecisive. Had a great visit and coming back soon.
