BMW of Rockville review
All fantastic. Sales, technical instructor, finance. Can’t thank each of you enough. I LOVE my car.
2019 Lexus RX 450hL review
I bought this vehicle as I'd had a Toyota Highlander Hybrid for years and it was the best vehicle we've had (have had Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, GM, BMW) for reliability. The Lexus fit the bill, luxurious, good pickup, comfortable, lots of tech that I love. The exterior design is sporty and it doesn't look like a round blob or a box like many SUV's do. The L version has enough room to travel with two large dogs and their crates. The gas mileage is a big plus for me - so far getting 27-29 mpg.

2013 Lexus LS 460 review
The highest Luxury and comfort combined with the highest reliability and peace of mind, it keeps giving year after year! This car has checked all the boxes for me and keeps me satisfied in every respect, i dont feel the need for anything else or anything different! Prior to this i have driven all the flagships mercedes S , BMW 7 , and various others, nothing has provided the overall satisfaction or long term trouble free experience! Owned it for 6 years and i have put on 86k miles, i have total of 146k miles on it still drives like brand new!

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.
2013 Lexus LS 460 review
I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

Pohanka Lexus review
I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. Hetty Stoner service rep Camaru mechanic 5-stars all the way. Go Skins Go Commanders all the way. Rob "STEIN" Rothstein CIA Retired

Very Happy with my Wrangler, Vence at finance helped me get a great APR better then my own credit union.
2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Driving experience is best in its class. It’s weight does not show up in the 0-60 numbers. It is fast, extremely fast, and you need to stay focused. So, park and learn how to use the accessories and option. you will be glad you did If you learn them on the fly you might just hit something not realizing how fast and how quick it moves. The V8 controversy is in the mind of many, however you will never know it wasn’t a V8 unless you were told. The car’s V6 is a BEAST in all aspects and needs to be respected. It you want to get the car, know that the options (A+ blind side, road side pedestrian, knowing exactly where you car is when parking with “birds eye view, top of the industry Mark Levinson sound system, massage driver and passenger seat, and too many added options to mentioned) are worth getting when you know their true worth. However, for a lower price, without many of these options the car does not change how it will make you feel. It is still worth a serious look even at the base price. So, don’t sit in the seat, or drive it, if you are not ready for a mind blowing experience. You will love it. As I said those who don’t see the value in futuristic designs will criticize the LS500. It may be for many reasons, not realizing that this is where luxury cars are going as they compare it to others in this luxury class. As for me there is nothing to compare it to so I won’t waste my time. I will just let the 416 horses, and 440 pounds of torque and all it futuristic technology take me places I have never been, enjoying every monement. You should do the same.

2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! Answered numerous questions and concerns via text with record response time. Further worked magic with my husband in Maryland to finalize the purchase and had it delivered to our Maryland home which is 30 miles from the dealership. Emmanuel earned this sale and my respect! All positive on this experience and would highly recommend Emmanuel if you are looking for a Lexus.
2018 Lexus LC 500 review
Plenty of positive reviews to read and all legit. I will give you the small list of cons. Coming from a BMW. First. Make sure it has BSM. The car is on the bigger side and in the 1.5 years of owning I’ve probably had about 5 or 6 blind spot scares even with the lights in the mirrors. Never had this issue with any other car. Always look twice over your shoulder. That’s the biggest issue. Also some cars tend to click or clunk on stop or rolling throttle or brake. It’s usually an A-pillar issue that needs padding and tightened. Small but annoying. And last, door handle. Will stop working due to water getting into the mechanical parts and replacing is pricey. This should’ve been addressed by Lexus but wasn’t. Those are the cons. This car is awesome and worth every dime. Sounds great. Looks great. Feels great. Drives great. I love it. You will too. Don’t settle for an RCF, IS500 or a faster BMW that everyone has. It’s a great GT. And very unique.

2022 Lexus ES 300h review
We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

I live in Indiana and was searching for a Lexus LC500 on Cars.com. I couldn't believe I found the year, the color and the interior I wanted at Pohanka Lexus in Virginia. They responded the same day and after I called back, I was put in touch with Maren Reynolds. Maren is incredible! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, listened to my concerns and kept in constant contact with calls, texts and videos. My car was delivered right to my house in perfect condition! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus and Maren!

Great customer service from Paul H. He communicated promptly and with the right amount of detail, and was on-time and ready for my 2 appointments. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I got a very good price on a very low-mileage 2009 PU. Giving it a 4 overall rating because I've only had the truck a few days..
2018 Lexus LS 500 review
First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

They were so helpful. Thanks for getting my car in right away. Diagnostics price was pricey but good service. They took care of us. David was professional. Convenient location to many restaurants if waiting for a while.
2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly review
I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. After reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, I received a response within 15–30 minutes. I quickly connected with a sales advisor and was able to schedule a convenient time to come in. The entire process was incredibly efficient—I completed my purchase within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The sales advisor was phenomenal, ensuring all necessary paperwork was prepared in advance, which made everything seamless. The car was cleaned, ready, and waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. I truly appreciate the level of organization and customer service provided. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for future purchases.
2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

I normally trade cars every 3/4 years. I have had this one for 5 and have no intention of trading. It is not a Corvette, a Porshe, or BMW. It is in a class all its own relative to performance, comfort, and beauty. This is the last year it will be produced and I believe in the near future it will definitely be a collectable.

Pohanka Lexus review
We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. We are very happy with our new Lexus GX 550 and the professional courtesy we were provided while completing the purchase.

2016 Lexus GS F review
I bought my GS F about a year ago and have been enjoying it ever since, adding about 12,000 miles already. What a great all-around sports sedan that can be used for everything from commuting to work to track days to road trips! The power from the naturally aspirated V8 is plenty of fun, especially when you put the car in it's various sport modes, while in "normal" mode the car drives like any other Lexus sedan. Handling in the twisties is phenomenal with the TVD (torque vectoring differential) which comes standard on the GS F. Mark Levinson audio is a must; this system blows other manufacturer's "premium audio" options out of the water, including B&W, Burmeister, and other "high end" brands used in Mercedes, BMW, and the like. One thing to look out for if you're buying one of these cars used is the carbon fiber trim on the interior likes to start delaminating. It is a fairly common issue with these cars, and it seems like the hotter climates tend to cause it to happen more frequently than not. This is a very expensive fix if you want to use the OEM parts through the dealer. Summary: if you're considering a GS F, just do it, or at least go drive one. You likely won't be disappointed. This car is a great value for the money and it can feel like you're driving something much more expensive than it is.

2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely make the trip again for another vehicle.
2015 Lexus IS 250C review
Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).
