Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

It had interior features that one expects from Lexus, and more importantly, it has a number of safety features that have prevented bumps and accidents. Even better, she worked the numbers hard for us. We ended up getting the Odyssey at a better price than we expected, and our trade in came in much higher than we were hoping for. It really felt like she was in our corner the whole time, advocating for us and making things happen. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and zero pressure. There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

Harrison was the best, kindest, most wonderful Service Manager I’ve ever had, and I’ll be requesting him from now on. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.
