First time I have owned a Lexus and a Hybrid to boot. I have had the car for 4 weeks now and love all it has to offer. Reasonably quiet on the road. Very economical. Maps voice is pleasant and is not annoying like external GPS navigation can be with re-routing.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Ben from the service department took excellent care of us as our Highlander was in for maintenance and unforseen repairs needed for safety. He accepted my coupons that matched the work put in. I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

They were hands down the best place we have ever purchased a car before. While utilizing cars.com to find our next vehicle I stumbled upon one of their many locations, so I went direct to their website where we found 140 Jeep Grand Cherokees that fell within our price range and had what we were looking for. Once we had it narrowed down to 5 cars of interest, we thought we were going to have to drive to those different locations,,, NOPE, they transferred two vehicle we were interested in to our appointment’s location. They were very good with email communication from time we scheduled apt to the day of our arrival. Upon arrival is where their next level of impressive kicked in! As we pulled in to the lot we noticed immediately noticed how busy and hectic they were. We were immediately met by a rep and he ushered us to our dedicated rep Anthony S.where he led us to an area of the lot where ALL 5 Jeeps were running, ac on and ready for test drive. It was a finely tuned a machine,,, a process that ensured we got thru all of our vehicles as quickly and as smooth as possible so we could finalize the deal. When we rolled in after each test drive we were met by Anthony for feedback,,, thumbs up it was kept up front, thumbs down it as sent out of sight. When all done, we did side by side comparison and we made our final choice. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else, drove 2.5 hrs to make this purchase due to amount of available vehicles, the amount of positive reviews, and the fact they will ship any vehicle we are interested in to the location of our choice all free of charge. Anthony hands down is a hustler and he wasn’t happy until we were happy and finally John D comes in to close the deal and process all the paperwork and got us out the door in no time. John shopped and got us the best rates and also gave us a great deal on an extended warranty. 5 star and highly recommend auto lenders, trust me you will not be disappointed!

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

I have a Lexus RX 350 SUV that suffered a dent in its right fender after being parked in a supermarket parking lot. Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

Willing to work with you. Corrected issue post sale with no hassle. I’d buy there again.

I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. I just bought a pre-owned Lexus ES350 and had the best experience at Thompson Lexus Doylestown. He was adept as well as very informative and pleasant, a true gentleman. He made sure to answer each and every question I had patiently (and there were a lot of them). I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

Great service dept. Quick, precise and I love getting notified that I am due for service. BTW. I love my van!
