2018 Lincoln Continental review
This is a great vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Lincoln Continental Reserve and am extremely happy with my purchase. I've owned several luxury cars and would rate this among my top choices. The interior is well equipped and amazingly comfortable. There's a bit more road noise than I'd like but the ride and comfort make up for it. It's also very stylish and I constantly receive compliments on it. I would definitely recommend this vehicle for anyone interested in a larger 4 door sedan.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. G’s Review:😎 Dateline June 2026: When it comes to buying a used car, there’s always the feeling that if you wait until tomorrow, you might find a better deal. I needed a vehicle and had found one I liked, planning to purchase it the next day. The night before, I came across a vehicle at Universal Auto Sales Fredericksburg that immediately caught my attention. I went to see it, and I knew it was the one. We spent most of the day negotiating and eventually worked out a deal that included a generous trade-in allowance, cash down, and financing terms that I was comfortable with. I drove off the lot very happy with my purchase. What happened next is the reason I’m writing this review. The following morning, I received a call from the dealership. They told me that after I had left, they had found a lender willing to offer me a lower interest rate and wanted to know if I would come back in so they could redo the paperwork and save me money. I was honestly speechless. They had already made the sale. The deal was done. Most dealerships could have simply moved on. Instead, they took the initiative to contact me and make sure I received a better financing option. To me, that’s the kind of thing that demonstrates integrity. I returned to the dealership and signed the new paperwork with the lower rate. The entire process reinforced my impression of the staff. While they may not be related, they treat customers with the warmth, professionalism, and teamwork of a family-run business. This isn’t the typical “I got a great deal” review. It’s a review for anyone who may be nervous about buying a used car and wants to know they’ll be treated fairly, honestly, and with respect. Good deals can be found anywhere. Finding people who genuinely look out for your best interests after the sale is much rarer. If you’re looking for a dealership that values integrity as much as making a sale, I highly recommend visiting Universal Auto Sales Fredericksburg. 2018 Lincoln Continental review
I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!
