I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.

I was really skeptical about buying a used car but i've seen new cars depreciate like crazy so i decided to buy used this time around to help me save some money. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. They had the car I was looking for, but during the test drive, it developed problems that were not a reflection on the repairs they are responsible for. I would recommend them if I were asked.
They are very responsive and willing to work with me being out of state. I received about three contacts and they were very helpful on the first call not knowing how to buy out of state. I bought closer to home.
Nice car buying experience. When i got the car home i noticed an issue with 2 of the wheels. I contacted Brian the general manager. He returned my email within an hour and promised to make it right. And he sure did. Thanks Brian and your sales team of Matt and Pedro. You guys made purchasing a car enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and will retun there for any future car nuyeing needs.¿
