Varsity LincolnReviews
Varsity Lincoln review
We had an outstanding experience working with Sam Jamoua at Varsity Lincoln! From the moment we walked in, Sam was kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule, which we truly appreciated. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish. Sam was patient with all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend asking for Sam. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful experience such a positive one!

Suburban Ford of Waterford review
I don't drive much so my last oil change was several months ago. Although arriving early, this place was bustling but that was OK as I planned ahead and brought a book.
2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

Great service. Helpful and convenient. What was super professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Great used vehicle selection.
2015 Lincoln Navigator review
I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

Matick Buick GMC review
When we were looking for a car last November we were lucky enough to have Steve wait on us. Steve made sure we got everything we wanted and more. Steve is professional knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. Steve made sure everything went smooth and easy and stress-free when buying a vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Steve at Matick Buick. In June we needed some body work done. We called Steve and he got us in right away and took care of the problem. Steve is on his A-game and always takes your calls. Again everything worked out smooth and easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Matic Buick for any of your vehicle needs and ask for Steve as your salesman. You will never be disappointed. We hope Matic Buick in Southfield realizes how fortunate they are they have a salesperson who is as dedicated as Steve is.

Salesman Zack worked well with me on a 2021 Toyota Tundra. I told him what I could do and he, Drew, the sales manager, and AJ in finance made it happen. Got a slamming deal on a great truck with a good rate. Everything was fairly quick and easy. Would definitely recommend giving them a call. A ton of inventory rolls through. A lot of Hemis for the Mopar fans.

I wanted to share our recent experience working with Gus to purchase our 2024 Lincoln Corsair. The entire process was straightforward, and Gus was very patient with us, especially since my wife had many concerns about the vehicle being shipped from Detroit to our home in Chicago. Gus answered all our questions promptly and was completely transparent throughout the process. We truly appreciated his professionalism and support. Overall, this was a great dealership to work with, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, The Dandridge Family

Came in for oil change and rotate tires. The service is always great. . The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I had a question regarding an app on my cat and when the service was completed a sales associate came out with me to my car and explained how it worked.i was very appreciative that he took his time to explain how it worked to me. The office staff is very nice. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and they put it in their refrigerator for me. I left a book there and they called me the next day to xxx if I left my book. I did ! I couldn?t image going anywhere else for my service . They have always taken great care of my cars .

best dealer got me in and out with a new car! osman is the guy to see, he really helped me out with the financing
2015 Lincoln Navigator review
My third Navigator ... by far the best. Ride is superb. Exterior design and color draw compliments. Ample interior room, despite my 6'5", 300 lbs frame. Acceleration from the turbo charged V8 is remarkable. My previous Navs pale in comparison ... their weight always notable when trying to get up to speed. Love most of the interior design and materials. However the silver coating material on the control knobs look and feel cheap and totally out of character with the rest of the car. A head scratcher for sure. My only other complaint is the Blind Spot indicator not activating until the passing vehicle is already adjacent to my vehicle instead of the warning light illuminating as the car is first approaching. Definitely a reference issue, however. Overall, the car is a real joy...one I plan on reliving time and time again.

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.
