When I went looking for a Subaru Crosstrek in a hurry because my ailing husband could no longer get into his Audi, I filled out a Consumer Reports form to start my search. Out of the six responses I got within 15 hours, April Zanotti???s stood out because it was friendly, straightforward, and offered a choice of cars at a good price. Everything went smoothly: the right car, in the right color, at the right price, and on the right day. April was always smiling, cheerful and to the point. The trade in went smoothly. All April???s colleagues were equally friendly ??? even to our dog when he came with me! ??? and I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for making the purchase of a car a pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. Oh, and we are very pleased with the car too.

Luxury at its finest. Best value for the money. AWD is awesome. Heated and cooled seats really do what they're supposed to do. Blind spot indicator and cross traffic warning are great. Auto closing deck lid is cool and saves time.
We have always leased or purchased our cars from Park Ford for as long as I can remember. Our salesman, Bob D'Andrea has always been helpful and knowledgeable. He always explains everything we need to know about the new car. Always an excellent experience!!
This is something special to own.

I have owned 3 MKT's and they are great vehicles that give a ride and comfort that is hard to find. If you haven't driven an MKT it's something you will enjoy.

I think the Lincoln MKT is an under rated vehicle. It's ride is superb, comfort like a sedan, it has The Gap Braking Feature, Lane Diversion, Heated and Cooled Front and Back seats and even has a Refrigerated Compartment in the rear area.
Brought my Edge in for axle replacement. I worked with Chris. He made sure they had the parts, gave me an estimate, and then made sure it was ready when promised. He also offered me a ride home while it was being worked on. All in all a nice experience. No complaints about any car I've had serviced here.

Really love it. I rented one in July and ended up buying one a month later. We plan on using this car for retirement travel.
Calling for service appointments use to be so much more friendly. When I use to call for service appointments and Rob would answer it was always friendly and accommodating. Now I rarely get Rob, instead I get Chris, needless to say I'm not very happy. Chris makes me feel as though he's bothered by the call and as though he's doing may a favor as opposed to me paying for a service. Bring Rob back. Or retrain Chris.

I have driven several Lincoln MKTs because I travel a lot for work and get a lot of rental cars. The MKT is always my first choice when it's an upgrade option. Absolutely love how well it drives. Very smooth - maybe a little too smooth because you definitely don't feel the speed! Also love all of the styling. I wish it was in my price range for my personal car!
I have a 2008 Edge with almost 200,000 miles on it. I never had a major issue with it and all of the major components (like transmission) are original. These guys are fair, reasonable, and don't try to sell you service you don't need. Rob and Chris certainly know their customers but kudos to the guys in the back working on these cars. They deserve a lot of the credit also. The few times I was able to catch up with whichever tech was working on my car, I found them just as customer focused as the guys in the front. It's a nicely run place.
I've bought/leased many cars in the last 20 years but I have to say my sales guy Hitesh Sharma at Curry Honda made it one of the best experiences I've had. I walked in with my wife, 2 kids and 2 carseats looking to test drive a new Pilot and skip the normal 50+ questions you usually get first. Within 5 minutes the test drive started. Hitesh was very knowledgable in answering all of my wife's questions and even a few from my kids! After the test drive we did a quick walk of the lot so my wife could see different exterior colors. My wife and kids then decided they liked this car the best out of the 4 others we test drove that day. When we sat down to discuss lease numbers with Hitesh I told him I had a payment in mind. After about 15 minutes we agreed on the numbers and signed papers. To me, Hitesh stands out as a great sales person because he saw I wanted to spend as little time as possible there and have the process move very quickly if we were going to make a deal. He was very polite, great with my kids and being so knowledgable of the product saved us time from him having to go find out answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him in the future. I also want to mention, when we picked up the car we sat with the Finance Manager Jeff Laytin. This was also a great experience as there wasn't the typical "hard sell approach" to buy any accessories or warranties. We also didn't get surprised by any plus, plus plus to our COD payment that wasn't there when we made the deal the week before. Jeff also had a very pleasant personality and was respectful of our time.

Usually after a while I get bored with a vehicle. Coming up on a year and @ 10K miles I have grown to appreciate this car even more than at new . Very comfortable and responsive.
Wow...what a relief!
I was driving home yesterday in my 2014 Infiniti Q70, when I took corner at slow rate of speed, I glanced in my rearvew mirror and observed a vehicle who apparently would have liked to take turn at faster pace. As I looked forward again I heard pop...and immediately saw passenger side mirror ??? Not normal....as a car fanatic ...lol...lover I ...said ...shoot..lol
To clarify I knew ...I didn't hit people or property because had clear view as making turn.
Anyhow to get to point ....pulled over checked side of car ...looked fine ...knew I couldn't do much on side street ...so quickly decided to just use scotch tape I had in glove box, to tape assembly ...mirror (which was intact)...address nightmare...lol...I take pride in keeping my car mint...and I think most car lovers would agree ...until restored ...issue fixed
As I was driving rest of way home...seeing taped mirror started bugging me...I know just a car ...could be worse...I'm probably a little shallow...lol
And I know this is review of service department at county line Nissan ...but I think background is relavant to why I'm so thankful to have trusted dealer ...service advisor.
So obviously I'm anxious to get mirror fixed...quickly.
Now the cost to diagnose repair...could I do myself...autobody ..dealer (which is hour drive)...
Thought about whether to put in claim with insurance company ...kind of quickly ruled that out ...quite sure I have 1000 comp and collision deductible ..
Not to cry poverty but new I had very little ...64.14...lol

Very tired when I got home so decided to forget till tomorrow morning.
Got up early and did some research on side mirror repair...glass, entire unit etc etc...
Was feeling a little better ...rested ...and happy that glass and unit seemed to be intact...hadn't inspected fully yet but seemed better than some examples in research ...where glass and or whole unit dangling or broken....learned that adhesive ...locktite glue is used to adhere glass to plastic plate on top of mechanism ..,
Thought about buying some ...where to buy...if after further inspection I thought I could try repairing myself ....
Then self doubt set in ...lol...would I make it worse ...would glass fall off
I needed wanted professional help! For my car..lol
Without sidetracking much further ....I thought of dealer, county line Nissan ...which I have used for all maintenance ....and absolutely love.
But, as I am housesitting for friend....was about hour away.....but decided they were my best shot to get straight best course of action ...for temporary fix ...and/or options for complete repair .
All right I'll get to point!
Get there...first in line...Quinn, Service Operations Manger gives me red carpet greeting as usual ...quietly listens to my sob story ....right out of gate comforts me with best case scenario ....oh sometimes they /glass just pop off....been to many other dealers who ????
Alright I'll finish ....
So kind considerate professional ....says go relax in service area ...as he himself is peeling off scotch tape ...I'll take a look and be right in....within 5 minutes he comes in and says your all set.....
Now you know why I dragged you through all the superfluous background ...can you imagine how happy I was/am:):)

I have owned almost 50 cars in my life and driven many many more, but this is the best. There is nothing bad about this car.
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)

The ride quality is harsher than what you'd normally expect from a Lincoln but as a result the car feels very planted and competent with spirited driving. Power delivery is nice through the auto transmission although it is a shame that it doesn't have any kind of gear selecting. You get PRNDL and that's it, no + or -. The car drives quietly but the engine growls nicely under load and it always feels like the car is ready to get moving. The AWD also works wonders in all kinds of weather even with only all season tires. The navigation still works fairly well on road trips and will get you to most places reliably and the THXII 14 speaker stereo is one of the best I've heard in a car and there is an aux jack in the center console. Cooled seats are great on hot days and heated seats are great in the winter. Trunk space is pretty good with the deck height being reasonable so loading and unloading is easy.
All this said I've had some expensive problems with it: The transmission cooler lines burst within a few months of buying it at about 120k miles. The fuel injector on cylinder 2 would get stuck shut when the car was restarted after having warmed up (it would drive perfectly fine as long as the engine was allowed to cool all the way down) causing a heavy misfire and limp mode. Finally the bearings on the rear driveshaft for the AWD failed at about 140k miles after a year of making a whirring noise. The driveshaft was a $1100.00 job and the part is only made by Ford, there is no aftermarket for it. The car drives less lively without the AWD so I chose to repair it anyways and supposedly the driveshaft was updated because a small percentage of MKZ's had the same problem.
Wow - what a great experience! Drove an Edge and MKZ No pressure. Leased the MKZ. Cathy Reed was the reason - Best salesperson ever, honest, fair, no hocus pocus. Gave me all the details and did not push me one way or the other. Then after all the papers were signed - thanks Manny - in under 45 minutes - Cathy gave me the instructional tour of my new car - she spent an hour going over EVERY detail and was patient while I learned everything this car has to offer me. Can't say enough about the experience. Love you guys - Thanks, loving my new car!!

Great car for the money with all the bells and whistles ahead of the time, features on my 2011 are now on the newer cars in 2019 heated front and back seats ac seats in front all and all a very good car..
Best dealer experience we have had in 40 years. Mike Talarico was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cindy B. , the finance manager, is a force of nature. It was surreal watching her speed and efficiency in arranging the registration transfer, title transfer and insurance transfer at 5:00 on a Saturday. I wish Shaker had stores in the Hartford area.

This vehicle is a reliable as the day is long. The drivability is comparable to a BMW 3 series while keeping that lengendary Lincoln Ride. Plenty of leg room, plenty of luggage room & lovely amenities. As to mechanical reliability this is my most recommended vehicle.
Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Glad she took the time to help me out and explain this whole new process to me. I could not be any more satisfied with my new Edge I leased from her.
They took away extras that my Lincoln MKS had.

It's not what I expected. The extras are a lot less. No heated steering wheel, no massage seats but I ended up paying more for less.
I spoke with Ed about the issue with the CV Joint on my 07 S550 and how I felt about how it was handled. He assured me the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was willing to meet me half way on the repair and to make it more convenient for me I could use my mechanic to do the job.
I want to thank Frank, Ed and Bianco Auto Sales for stepping up and paying half for the repair.
Car is running beautiful !

My biggest issue with this car was the rims. They kept leaking and I kept getting flat tires. (It cost me a letter grade in college and reprimanding at work). When I contacted Lincoln about this issue, they stated the "cleaner" I was using to clean them was corroding them. Not the case at all.. it was simply water. However, I could not prove it, and to replace my rims would have cost me $2,500.00 out of pocket. Then it started to nickle and dime with repairs needed. It only had 80K on it when I turned it in. I loved the luxury mixed with the sport of this car. Great body style, performance was amazing up toward the end of its life with me. I cared for this car very well, but time was taking it's tole on it.
I purchased a used 2018 A4 Black Optics from Ian a month ago and the experience was exceptional. I purchased the car over the phone and flew in and drove it home. The car was as described and I am very happy with it.
