I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
When I walked in the show room with Nick Mattingly past a big white pick up truck, I saw a bright red ECKO Sport setting there. It had almost all the things I was wanting in my new vehicle. Nick explained everything possible on the vehicle. My grand daughter was with me and what technical thing I did not understand....she did. He showed me two other similar red ones on the lot and also an Escape. I had planned on looking at an escape for awhile, but comparing it to the ECKO Sport....I new the one on the show room floor was for me. Nick explained everything. Was very patient with me. My process Leasing a Mercedes from Tafel motor Corporation was fantastic. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
This service needed was due to a recall. I had paid to To have this done back in November due to my car not going into gear and rolling back and almost running me over with the door.I had told my car in and had it repaired and found out in August there was now a recall on this problem.The part finally came in and they just completed fixing it with the new improved part even though I had a part put in earlier they were not sure if it was the improved Mechanism so they had to replace it. They are sending me a refund for what I paid in November to get it done and I am just waiting for the check. Zach, the technician that talk to me about the car did a great job taking care of my needs and concerns.

I’ve always been treated great and even when a problem I had happened multiple times they were great about it! Things happen and sometimes they aren’t the fault of your service team. I know it’s getting harder to find help in this field and they do what they can to get you what you need as quick as possible.
We went in with the intention of buying an Explorer within the week. They were extremely helpful, very nice, and went above and beyond to help us get the ford financing. We would definitely return again to buy a new vehicle.
