2016 Lincoln MKZ review
ASE Parts Specialist and Mercedes tech retired. 2016 mkz 3.7 now with 60k miles. Throttle position sensor went south. Part of the throttle body. Simple job. Only issue I’ve had. Don’t understand why there is no front windshield chrome strip. Almost looks like it starting to delaminate ! Hmm Luxury car with no window trim odd I think. 3.7 pretty fast handles good. Low in front scrapes often

2017 Lincoln MKZ review
This 3.0 is a modern day sleeper. 400 hp in this small package makes for a fun time especially with all wheel drive. I just had to replace my cylinder head after 105,000 miles. I have an Allstate protection plan that covered the entire repair! If you buy used, get a warranty!

2017 Lincoln Continental review
Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

I bought my 2019 Continental new, have driven it for little over 17 thousand miles. It is the 4th Continental I have owned. I love this one the best. It is a keeper. I love the comments and compliments I get for my car. I truly think Ford's made a mistake when they stopped production.

2019 Lincoln Continental review
The driver's seat is a bit uncomfortable. I had a hip replacement, and the spit seat is not comfortable. I don't take many long trips so it is okay around town. I liked the solid seat of our Mercury. We have had Lincoln's in the past and they were all very comfortable. We really like this car and plan to keep it a long time. We get 22 mph average and 28 on a trip. I like the memory for the seat setting, lumbar setting, and adjustable steering wheel. The "pick up" is the best we have had on any past cars.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Honda CR-V! Michael was an excellent salesman-friendly, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Dustin, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was serviced and completely ready for me to drive off with. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the entire experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!!

Audi of Bedford review
I purchased a 2024 Audi A5 Cabriolet today from Dan Strebler. He was outstanding in helping me complete the deal! He answered all of my questions, returned phone calls promptly, and he had such a positive and cheerful personality. He really was motivated to help me secure the deal and worked in tandem with Nick to give me the best price on my trade ins. My wife absolutely loves the new convertible and I do too! It was a great experience in car buying and I am very grateful to Dan for his assistance, professionalism, and willingness to help make our dream car come true! Logan, the tech coordinator, and Kareem Salam, the finance manager , were most helpful as well. They were knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Audi of Bedford! Great car buying experience because of a great staff!
2018 Lincoln Continental review
I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Just when I started to think that even Klaben Lincoln service might deteriorate in the way so many other service organizations are, they did a slam dunk for me. The highlight of their response to an urgent situation was when the operator immediately understood the crisis and put me through to someone I thought was a randomly picked employee--but turned out to be Michael, the Operations Manager in charge of pretty much everything. He said he was going to physically start walking around Klaben in order to work things out for me. Wow. I asked him to roll me to Sean Klaben, service manager. As usual, Sean immediately worked with people and tech to get things sorted out. Long story short: Klaben is going to be there for you---no matter what the trouble is. When you need them, they will deliver. Go buy a car over there and you will see I'm right.
2017 Lincoln MKZ review
I purchased my mkz in 2018 it was a year old. Previously the car was a rental so I was sort of doubtful about my purchase but the price was a bargain. This car ended up being one my best purchases that I have ever made. Very reliable and stylish great on gas and comfortable as well. I will say as far as interior my park reverse and drive buttons wore off and my driver seat leather started to crack. What made me really appreciate the car was the wonderful service dept (Landmark Lincoln)we have here in Englewood CO. Always courteous and got me scheduled within the week. Always had a loaner car available if I needed it and never tried to oversell me service that I did not need. These guys are great . Sad they discontinued this vehicle but I am on the look out for a Aviator.

2017 Lincoln MKZ review
I purchased a 2017 AWD 3.0T in May of 2023. Whoever had it took very good care of it and I'm trying to do my part. I had purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion Sport a week prior and found this on the lot the next week. The fusion had a few more bells and whistles but I went for the power and handling. The MKZ was a thousand more but worth it. Have taken this through the Smoky Mountains and was a dream to drive. The car never strained going up the mountains and I felt confident when I needed to pass. I woke up those 400 ponies a few times. The only gripe was when I hit a few large potholes and it rattled my teeth, but that would have happened in any of my other vehicles. I got 27 mpg on long trips and average around 21.5 in town. I have had some compliments on the vehicle. I saw one customer mention about an extended warranty, which I highly recommend. Enjoy!

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
When I bought my first truck from Rich Klaben 11 years ago, he came down and introduced himself to me and thanked me for purchasing my f150 XLT from his dealership. I thought that was pretty classy. Last night he gave me a call to thank me for my new Lariat purchase and to see if was ok. These gestures speak volumes about Klaben Ford! When I was thinking about about a new Lariat, I spoke with Mike Brandvold who was instrumental in helping me make my decision for a new truck, and he told me that I should meet Louis Polos who would take good care of me. I met with Louis in June and we began to put an order together. I love how Klaben's salesmen do not employ pressure tactics and Louis was no exception! As an aside, I bought the wife a Toyota rav4 last year at Bedford Toyota and the experience was the stereotypical crappy car buying experience that so many have come to know. Again, that's what makes Klaben so special since I have never experienced that at Rich's dealership. That is why I return. I would like to put in a good word for Louis who has "held my hand" during this truck ordering process and has helped me in every way during this journey. He continues to be available to answer my many questions regarding this new technically advanced f150. I appreciate his knowledge of all facets of the truck, from the hybrid engine operation to the Sync 4 system. Because of him and Mike, I would and will continue to recommend Klaben to my friends and acquaintances if they were to consider a new vehicle purchase. Sent from my iPad

I bought my 2004 Lincoln Town Car Ultimate a few months ago and I can "not" keep from telling people how much I love this car. It is still in very good condition and the interior is prestigious, I love the comfort, it is more gorgeous than a lot of my house furniture. P.S. I just signed up for the very best monthly car wash because I very much want to keep this car.
