Was having a problem with my 2017 F-150 shifting and brought ii in about 0800 in the morning. They was able to get to it that day and found an update and a bulletin that was needed. I got my truck back the same day. I was dealing with Zack and I have nothing but great things to say about him, the service, the facilities, and the customer service. Thank you all.....
The dealership found the truck I was looking for which was in good shape, and commanded a premium price. ( more than some new cars). The salesman was persistent, and even brought the vehicle to my home. The vehicle wasn't clean when delivered, the subject repairs weren't made, (parts on order and came in wrong) Salesman wanted mail them and have me to install them. Ultimately I drove to the dealership, got the parts and installed them myself. A month has passed with no follow up or satisfaction survey. At this point I wouldn't want one.
I purchased a 2011 F-150 back in December no problems with vehicle & the Sales Manager was willing to negotiate seeing I came all the way from Hattiesburg & this was the only place out of many I visited that would even try to work out a deal. Most likely this is where I'm going to buy all my vehicles
I went in and Tre helped me out the whole time. And when the financing started and was taking a min he takes with me about outside personal stuff. Not you typical sells person. I would recommend anyone to check this place out.
Took my 20111 Ford Ranger in to have the passenger air bag replaced. The customer representative was cordial and promptly greeted me and told me to leave my vehicle for service and directed me to a waiting room and also explained that the needed service would take approximately 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. When I returned to the dealership the service representative saw that I had arrived and came out to tell me that my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Patrick Rowe in the service Dept. was the best service manager I've ever dealt with. He is professional, helpful and honest. I truly felt like he was looking out for me and my Recent Cadillac Purchase. Thank you so much!
