It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

2006 Maserati GranSport review
I have driven our 2006 GranSport for 3 years and about 10,000 miles. It's a fun car we use on weekends, track days and Maserati/Ferrari Club events. I really enjoy driving it! In general, I would say the maintenance and repair costs are similar to other 12 year old European high performance cars: during the past 3 years (10,000 miles) I have spent $1,000 for an alternator replacement, $1,200 for rear ball joint dust boots and rear toe rod adjuster replacements, $1,000 for 4 tires. There are occasional odd mechanical repairs that an experienced gear head can repair themselves (check out Maserati Life forum for tons of DIY fixes!) and occasional electrical bugs that are weird but can be fixed with patience. In summary, if you want a normal, quiet, boring car, look elsewhere... if you want a rare, fast, unique and aggressive car, this is it! P.S. the motor is built by Ferrari. It is strong and sounds spectacular. Search You Tube for other reviews.

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. Since purchasing my 17' GT MC, nothing but enjoyment and praise. Despite people's misunderstandings and feelings towards Italian cars, I have not had any issues with mine. Easy to maintain and relatively easy to fix. As far as styling goes, you really can't beat the curves or the sound of the Ferrari V8! Last of the great naturally aspirated Maseratis!

2017 Maserati Levante review
Power beyond reason and body lines that defy modern convention. This is a motor carriage, make no mistake, this is not an automobile it is a beautifully appointed machine. Every inch of this vehicle astounds, the command of power leaves onlookers struck dumb. The engine echos with the wining churn of an F1 car. It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything. If you have the chance, buy one immediately.
