Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. My goodness, this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in about two hours including test drive. I worked with Todd in Sales and Amin the Sales Manager. Todd was super professional and never pressured me. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was test driving it within minutes. Todd was extremely friendly and low key and went through the features of the Mazda 6 while patiently answering all of my questions. The experience felt more like I was chatting about a car with a fellow enthusiast, rather than a sales person. Of course, I decided to buy the car and that's when Amin worked quickly and professionally to establish all of the paper work. He is also an extremely kind person and I enjoyed interacting with him greatly. I just could not believe I had found the exact car I was looking for, and was able to complete the purchase with zero hassles. Granted, I came in prepared, which I recommend to anyone ready to purchase. Here's the best part, this particular dealer has an agreement with the MVA and can produce a registration and permanent plates on the spot! That's right, I already have my registration and it means I do not have to drive around with temporary tags. I have never seen this before and it was just the icing on the cake. Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

My service manager Tom M is amazing at West Columbia Land Rover. Both of my Land Rovers had to go in at the same time. They go one of them back in less than 12 hours (new alternator) of going in. Then other one was ready the next day.

We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.
