Ben was outstanding to work with, very knowledgeable, understanding, and had a very non intimating approach. Everything was seamless from the test drive to the paperwork. I also appreciate the dealership’s clear and straightforward approach to pricing and financing. I had an estimate of the car payment in my email within 30 minutes of reaching out Friday…made it much easier to move forward with the process knowing exactly what I was getting into ahead of time. All in all I highly recommended Cochran as a dealership and Ben as a salesman!

Contacted the dealer for a test drive of the Tesla and they told me 1 PM would work. When I showed up, the car had not been detailed (it had just been traded in a day ago) and was dirty on the inside. I wish they would have told me that it hadn't detailed and let me decide whether to wait until it had been detailed. Took it on the test drive and the salesman helped me figure out how to do things like adjust the side view mirrors (never drove a Tesla before). A decent experience, but since they don't emphasize Teslas, they couldn't answer all of my questions.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I buy a new car about every 12 years, so I do not have a lot of experience haggling / dealing / etc. Purchased CX5 from Rohrich about 16 months ago. The purchase process / trade went smoothly. I've had it in for routine service (oil changes), a repair (paint damage, my fault, not Mazda's), and a minor recall. Never had a problem. From what I can tell, always quality work, done on time. What else can I say? EXPECTATIONS MET.
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

just now After many new car experiences, I can say firmly that Jeff Rullos was the most knowledgeable, kind, caring, forward thinking, and understanding car sales professional I have ever met. Even more impressive, his General manager Jeff followed this through completely with every detail of our purchase consideration. He happily showed my family numbers on several vehicles and never made us feel like we were wasting his time to get a price. If given the choice to save $1000 or go to Rohrich for their Difference, I would choose the best experience there is and go to Rohrich Mazda on West Liberty Avenue. Don't worry, you won't pay more at Rohrich! You will actually save money over their competitors and receive lifetime engine warranty, lifetime pa state inspections, lifetime oil changes, and a 3 day return policy! Who else would do this? No one! They know that when they show you the care necessary to meet your needs you will be a customer for life. Go to Rohrich Mazda and tell them Leon, Megan, and MacKenzie Grace sent you! Did I mention their finance guy CJ was totally awesome and respected us fully? ! He answers any questions you may have with kindness and a joyous presence.
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.
