North End Subaru review
Buying a car from North end Subaru is like visiting with friends. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased there. They are always friendly, honest and trustworthy. Working with Mike Pinto, who sold us our first car was friendly and professional. Our salesman was Greg Nuorimo who sold us our second and third cars was patient, flexible. He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. Thank you for helping us make this pleasant and comfortable.

North End Subaru review
I've never been one to trust a car salesman but, that said, I've purchased several cars from North End Subaru over the years and 1. the process keeps getting easier and 2. I feel like I'm being treated fairly. Greg is always very helpful with finding me exactly the car I want and making the entire purchasing process smooth and pretty much effortless. They play fair with my trade-in and actually offered me more than I expected. Greg spent a good amount of time and went through the entire car with me at delivery showing me all of the many features.

Everything looks spectacular when I walked out after finalizing my purchase, if I had any doubts about the service I'd have gotten, as the car I bought, I was to the utmost satisfied. Very professional, great team. Thanks guys, and best of luck! I'd definitely recommend this dealership without any reservations or doubt! Beautiful cars everywhere, used and new; the satisfaction I left with, I want to give a big thank you to the whole crew.

We had such a wonderful experience at North Shore Mazda! Robert S. my daughter’s salesperson, did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what my daughter was looking for. He made the entire process easy and comfortable without making her feel pressured. The rest of the team was also fantastic. Sales manager, Tom was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. I am extremely happy with the experience my daughter had at North Shore Mazda and would highly recommend Robert and the entire team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience!

John has always been very attentive, pleasant, and courteous during all of my visits. Anytime I need service, if I see John at Mazda, I immediately feel a sense of relief knowing that I?ll receive excellent service and help. I also really like the Ira Mazda Westwood location. It?s spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to work while your car is being serviced. There are charging outlets, complimentary drinks and snacks, and enough space to even bring your lunch and work while you wait. The location has large glass windows and doors, providing an excellent view of both the newer Mazda models and some of the older ones as well. Most importantly, I go there with confidence knowing that my car will be thoroughly checked with my safety in mind. The service team also provides a video showing the inspections and work performed before you check out, which gives me additional peace of mind and transparency. Overall, I?ve had a very positive experience with the team at Ira Mazda Westwood, and John has been especially helpful and reassuring throughout my visits.

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!

North Shore Mazda review
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Robert, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the entire process easy, while Tom, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I never felt pressured, and I genuinely walked away feeling like I received the best possible deal. Great customer service and a very positive buying experience overall.
