From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.
Great customer service! Tony, the salesman answered all our questions and got everything done pretty quick. No waiting around in the car dealership all day everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Would give 10 if I could!
We saw a car a 2015 Honda Civic on the dealers website. Then decided to go to right to the dealership. Max was are salesman. He helped us right away and got us the car we were looking for. He was patient and very knowledgeable. It was the best car experience I've had in a long time. I would recommend Automotive Avenues and Max any day.
I knew the model of the car I wanted, and MB had one of the cars I was eyeing from Truecar. I visited another dealer first & test drove a car... wasn???t impressed with the car or the dealership (swarmy salespeople.) So I decided to drive over an hour to Asbury to check out MB Motorsports. It was an entirety different experience than the first dealership, from the minute I walked in. Relaxed, comfortable energy, everyone friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I worked with Ashley, who seemed genuinely as excited as I was about my car purchase, she was a pleasure. I got the car of my dreams & it was a great experience. I would recommend MB without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas Mauro to purchase my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to deal with. As a woman, I appreciate being dealt with in a straightforward , professional manner and Thomas was exactly that. I also worked with Stephen Chung in Finance and appreciate his professional yet personable demeanor.
I went to Schwartz Mazda after a bad experience with a dealership in my home town. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert in service who was very pleasant and accommodating. I was waiting for my car so Robert walked me over to the customer lounge that was still in the works as the dealer is in the process of a beautiful overhaul.
Robert checked on me at least twice updating me on the status of my service and asked if I needed anything other then the refreshments and snacks the dealer put out for customers. He advised me of additional services needed and he walked me out to my car to show me what the issues were. After my service and repairs were done in less time then estimated Robert went over the items in detail and informed me of a recall I was unaware of that he asked the mechanic to take care of while I was in the shop. He gave me a free car wash and gave me $10 off my oil change without having to ask for it.
I left the dealer feeling like a valued customer. The service was great and Robert was absolute the greatest. I do not remember his last name as he stated he was fairly new to the dealer and did not receive his business cards yet. I will definitely be back. Good job Schwartz and Great job Robert.
