Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda review
I am not a fan of car dealerships and have never really had a good experience. Enzo was helpful, to the point, and worked quickly to get exactly what I wanted. The financial department worked with me to get the best possible rate with a few extras. I highly recommend Mazda in schaumburg as it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle.

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
My daughter went to buy a car here with Chase and I’m glad to say that I had not to worry about her coming back with a bad deal! He ensured that she finds the car she wants. Thankful for Chase guidance and patience in the process to ensure that I was also satisfied and gave the go on everything. Good job my guy!
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!

Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda review
We have purchased two vehicles from this Mazda dealership, most recently a 2026 Mazda3 for my son Matthew, and we have always received excellent service from René Quiñones. René offered us a very competitive APR and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Once the financing was approved, he personally walked us through every detail of the vehicle and patiently answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied with our experience, and when it is time to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely consider coming back here. Arturo M
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

Golf Mill Ford review
I went to different dealerships looking for a car wasn’t satisfied with the experience. I was recommended to see Issac Moushi at Golf Mill Ford. I made an appt. He came to meet me on his day off. I was very impressed that he took time out of his day to meet me. He is an Amazing sales person he went out of his way to meet my expectations. I bought the car and had the Best Experience with him!! I will be recommending him to everyone who wants to buy a car. I also had had a great experience with Luis Velazquez has patients of a saint. He sat with me and explained how to use the apps in my car. He was very patient knowing that I was not good with technology. I left Golf Mill Ford very happy. Thank you, Issac Moushi Luis Velazquez for this amazing experience!! Suzanna Ishoo
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
I really like my CX-50 it came loaded with a lot of tech and safety features others make you go to the top trim for. It’s the first car I can have the hvac on auto and have it perform without me intervening. The steering feel and response is great. It holds the road and curves like it’s glued down. Ride is as you would expect from an suv built by Mazda. You know the road and its conditions with out it being a jarring experience. Acceleration is good and in the turbo it’s borderline ridiculous. I’ve been getting 31.3 mpg mixed driving. I tend to do my own shifting as that’s my preference and enjoy. I appreciate it’s an inline 4 with a 6spd it’s balanced and it’s fun. My 21 Honda Accord Sport I replaced it with had a CVT and that’s the only complaint I had about that car. I think both are well made and offer a lot of value. Bottom line it’s a great price for a well rounded good looking fun and easy to live with car. It offers a driving experience vs being a boring transportation machine.

We called Teddy with the car info we wanted. Gave us options immediately. Gen manager Jonathon gave us a great deal. Second perfect car purchase this year!!
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

The Autobarn Mazda of EvanstonReviews
The Autobarn Mazda of Evanston review
All work required to make my vehicle repairs and checks complete and correct we’re performed to my total satisfaction while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area as work was supervised under the outstanding guidance of Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. As a regular customer at the service department I always ask for the consistently courteous and flawless management of my vehicle requests by Oscar Galatia. Under Oscar’s guidance from his earliest work with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to date, I never have had to return to him with a complaint that the work had been done poorly, with mistakes made, or required work not having been done at all. Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. He also has a pleasing and satisfying way of dealing with all of his customers whom I have observed close up when I have regularly waited with other customers to have their vehicles worked on and returned. Because of Oscar and the work results he has managed and produced, I have frequently recommended Autobarn and it’s excellent service work and Service Advisor management to others who need a place recommended for consistently good prices, management, and charges. I suggest that management do whatever it can to retain the services of its multi-talented and perceptive Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. He is well trained, experienced, intelligent, and dedicated as I have seen first hand when he has worked with me. He also seems to work in great harmony with his fellow supervisors and support personnel.. Dave Sutor
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

CarMax Chattanooga review
I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Ford of HomewoodReviews
Ford of Homewood review
I recently purchased my Chevrolet Blazer EV RS from Ford of Homewood and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. After visiting several dealerships and looking at multiple vehicles that same day, Ford of Homewood stood out by far because of their outstanding customer service and positive energy. The team worked hard to make sure I received the best deal possible while also making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly taken care of. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me during such an important decision. I would absolutely recommend Ford of Homewood to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Thanks, Tanika Lee

Anastos MotorsReviews
Anastos Motors review
I was referred to Anastos by my aunt, more specifically to Mourice. The first night I was there, he found me the perfect car. Exactly what I was looking for. Then, he proceeded to do everything in his power to make my payments affordable, being that I'm a full time student and cannot work as much as I should. I came back a few days later to inquire more about the vehicle to find out that not only did Mourice accomplish exactly what he said he would, he went beyond that. The loan payments... including a 100k mile warranty, came to be 2/3 the price of the exact same car without a warranty from a different dealership a mile away. Aside from Mourice giving car salesmen a great rep, he was an all around great guy. Before we even spoke of the car, he displayed genuine interest in my schooling and plans for life, showed me some of the owner's specialty racing cars, and invited my mom out for pasta and wine. Which I approve of. Needless to say, if you want a car.... You want Mourice.

Zeigler Honda of Racine review
I always receive great service at Zeigler and wouldn’t take my Pilot anywhere else. The service staff are knowledgeable and caring - and keep you informed as the work is being done on your vehicle. The sales floor staff are friendly and attentive, and make sure they put you in to the vehicle that best fits your needs. My next purchase will definitely be with Zeigler!!
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
The additional 6” in width makes the CX-50 do much more spacious than my two previously owned CX-5s. Cornering is much more stable. The turbo 4cylinder engine has the get up and go necessary for highway merges or passing left lane, driving to grandma’s house on Sunday Afternoon hogs! After owning my vehicle for just two weeks, there are only three negatives to date: 1. Poor explanations/directions in owner’s manual. 2. Poor gas mileage both HWY/City 3. No Manual Transmission option.

CarMax Tinley ParkReviews
CarMax Tinley Park review
Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.
