I had a great experience buying a used car here! I was helped by Kobi, who was very helpful and nice. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy or try to up sell me on things. Very respectful. I definitely recommend!
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!

Amazing communication. Nicely located. Well organized. Everyone we met was positive and not pushy. Jordyn is incredible! He answered our questions well and knew exactly who to ask if he wasn’t sure. Many helpful tips too. I hadn’t been vehicle shopping in a long time, but Jordyn and others made it a much better experience than I anticipated.

Rosenthal Gaithersburg MazdaReviews
Rosenthal Gaithersburg Mazda review
My goodness, this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in about two hours including test drive. I worked with Todd in Sales and Amin the Sales Manager. Todd was super professional and never pressured me. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was test driving it within minutes. Todd was extremely friendly and low key and went through the features of the Mazda 6 while patiently answering all of my questions. The experience felt more like I was chatting about a car with a fellow enthusiast, rather than a sales person. Of course, I decided to buy the car and that's when Amin worked quickly and professionally to establish all of the paper work. He is also an extremely kind person and I enjoyed interacting with him greatly. I just could not believe I had found the exact car I was looking for, and was able to complete the purchase with zero hassles. Granted, I came in prepared, which I recommend to anyone ready to purchase. Here's the best part, this particular dealer has an agreement with the MVA and can produce a registration and permanent plates on the spot! That's right, I already have my registration and it means I do not have to drive around with temporary tags. I have never seen this before and it was just the icing on the cake. So thanks Todd and Amin for going above and beyond. One week in, and I am loving the car like crazy

Hanover Mazda review
Fred did a great job finding me a new car after mine was totaled. He was very knowledgeable about the C-X 5 and awesome to work with!
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
I really like my CX-50 it came loaded with a lot of tech and safety features others make you go to the top trim for. It’s the first car I can have the hvac on auto and have it perform without me intervening. The steering feel and response is great. It holds the road and curves like it’s glued down. Ride is as you would expect from an suv built by Mazda. You know the road and its conditions with out it being a jarring experience. Acceleration is good and in the turbo it’s borderline ridiculous. I’ve been getting 31.3 mpg mixed driving. I tend to do my own shifting as that’s my preference and enjoy. I appreciate it’s an inline 4 with a 6spd it’s balanced and it’s fun. My 21 Honda Accord Sport I replaced it with had a CVT and that’s the only complaint I had about that car. I think both are well made and offer a lot of value. Bottom line it’s a great price for a well rounded good looking fun and easy to live with car. It offers a driving experience vs being a boring transportation machine.

Heritage Mazda CatonsvilleReviews
Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Heritage Mazda Catonsville, and we especially want to thank Joe Summers for all of his help. From the moment we arrived, Joe was incredibly patient and never made us feel pressured. We test drove three different vehicles before making our decision, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us compare different options so we could choose the right vehicle for us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Joe guided us through the entire buying process. There was a lot of paperwork and financing details to go through, but he explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The process took longer than expected, yet he stayed late with us until everything was completed. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. We're very happy with our new Mazda and highly recommend both Joe Summers and Heritage Mazda Catonsville to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

Passport BMWReviews
Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!

2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Got the Meridian edition and I absolutely love it. The car handles almost as good as a little sports hatchback. The roof rack does get a little noisy at high speeds but if you close the moon roof it pretty much goes away. That's the only negative I'd give to the car, but in the end that's something I can live with. Interior quality is almost on par with some luxury brands. Exterior design is far above any bmw or Benz in the segment. Plenty of power aver pickup when you need it.

Fitzgerald Mazda of Annapolis review
Chris Watson went well beyond the call of duty to make this the best buyers experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. I greatly appreciate the efforts to get me the car I wanted for a fair deal.
2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

Imperial Auto LLC review
Before I purchased my Mercedes I researched every dealership in the entire DMV area. Yousef and his team kept their word, and, in all honesty, Imperial Auto of Manassas is the best dealership that encountered during my purchase and in all that I have researched. Yousef and his team listened to my concerns and worked with me during the entire purchase. The team at Imperial are the best. It was my pleasure and pure joy purchasing a car from Imperial. Imperial will always be the first car dealership I visit before any other dealership. Their honesty and transparency are superb. All of your questions and concerns will be answered. Anything you need to make your purchase remarkable Yousef, and his team will make it happen. I absolutely admire this team and in my opinion are the best. I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Yousef and his team made my retirement dream come true and I will always be grateful to this fantastic team.

Update, I just bought my 6th vehicle (2027 Telluride Prestige X-Pro) with Vance Majors. He is professional and I always go back to him for all my new vehicle needs. Great place to buy a vehicle. Between my wife, my daughter and myself this is the third vehicle bought from Jones Junction. Everything was a great experience. Jerry Huntley was great to work with. He knew the car and the specs and answered all my questions. I was in and out in under 3 hours, and only because I took my time. Thanks to everyone, the 2021 Forte GT is great.
