Amazing from start to finish! 5 different people checked with us as we were waiting. Salesman had a lot of information to share on our vehicle. Financing and warranty was a pleasure with no high high pressure sales at any time. We will go there again!

I came into Hall and purchased a 2020 Tiguan one from Bryan Spigarelli, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was super friendly. They got me the financing I needed and answered all my questions. I also got assistance from Joe Nelsen who made sure my car looked and ran like new! I will definitely be back and I would recommend this family owned business to my friends and family.

I stopped by on my birthday on Saturday just to look at what cars are available and ended up leaving with a car I love! 2025 vw GLI autobahn and I'm loving every second driving it! This place has the nicest employees that actually listen to what you are looking for in a vehicle and can narrow it down in minutes, I told Kenneth what I was looking for at the Honda dealership down the road and he drove me to this one for a test drive and I bought it shortly after! Amazing service!

Just bought my second new car. Thanks to Phil, Tanya, Faith, Johan and staff at Rosen KIA. That's why I keep coming back! You are the Best!
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Russ Darrow Metro Mazda review
I just bought my first car form this dealership, and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. She was communicative, and overall, a pleasure to work with! Overall, I truly enjoyed working with this dealership. From management, to finance, to their sales representatives I had an excellent experience, and I would definitely buy another car from this dealership again in the future!

Drove almost a 100 miles to buy 2 cars and my daughter bought an SUV all in the last few months. Chad Mulholland is a great manager and introduced me to Almer Croox to be my salesman. Both of these guys made it not only an easy transaction but enjoyable. It was actually fun buying cars from these gentlemen. I'm sure I will be back to purchase cars again.

McGrath Acura of Libertyville review
I'm usually not someone who writes reviews but felt the need to since I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and great energy from the entire team. The vibe at this dealership was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. I worked with Alec Olney, and he was outstanding to say the least - extremely professional, personable, and clearly very experienced. He had answers to every question I asked and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, just supported. Overall, a truly great car-buying experience. I highly recommend both the dealership and the team if you're looking for a smooth, enjoyable process.

Though I ended up not purchasing the car, they were great with getting me the information I needed to make my decision. Very friendly and accommodating.
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.
