Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up.. I am shopping for another vehicle for my son and our start and most likely finish will be with GTX.. GTX has made me one happy owner of my Acura, and no financing, because they made it possible for me to pay cash.. Thank you Greg very being so helpful and making this happen for me and Serenity..
I recently purchased a used Tacoma from Joseph. I also drove 5 1/2 hours one way to get there. I read their website mission about customer service and how the customer is #1. Well, I know a lot of places say that but only a small percent "Walk Their Talk."
Not only did Joseph "Walk Their Talk" they went beyond that. I had issues day 1 and really did NOT want to drive that 5 1/2 hour trip one way again. Stephen Stackhouse, who was just awesome, sent out a driver, Jim, to pick up my truck and give me a loaner car so they could service my truck. Jim was also awesome and took very good care of my truck while driving it. A week later Jim drove my truck BACK to me and took the loaner car back. I was totally impressed with this. I would absolutely drive that distance again to purchase another truck. I am planning on this truck to last many years though but in any case I would TOTALLY recommend this dealership. Thank you so much for having integrity, honesty and respect for us consumers. YOU ROCK!!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
Purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano from Jeff Wyler. I’m very happy with my purchase and feel like I got a fair price for it. Salesmen Gary was very friendly and we had good conversation throughout the whole negotiating process. “Z” was very nice as well. The manager and financing guy, who I can’t quite remember their names, also were nice. I liked that the salesmen let me do the test drive on my own and did not rush me. Will definitely recommend this place to friends. I thought I had a minor scare driving home with the transmission until I realize I was an idiot and put it in manual on accident lol. Thanks again guys!

Pat and his team were absolutely excellent. This was our first time buying a car and he made the process so easy for us. He explained every step of the process and made sure we didn’t have any doubts about anything. I had contacted sales/finance guy KC Markley a couple times to tell him what I was looking for and by the time I went in he had picked out a couple of options for me to drive. I went in and left with a 2016 Kia and the process was easy and he explained everything great and answered all the questions I had. Recommend this place and KC 100%.
