After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Buying a used car when you know exactly what you want can be daunting if folks do not communicate. Eli and Max at Towne Mazda are great. You always know where you stand and all the specs on the vehicle you think you might want to buy. They understand the subjective tense in the buying process. Very helpful. I did buy a car and think it proved to be a good deal and experience for both sides. Definitely would recommend them.
They did not give the Sport Bars to me that were in the pictures online! I have asked twice with no response and I believe if that’s the way the Car appears online then that is what should be included in the Sale.

I had been to this dealership a couple of times to see a used vehicle, each time i met a different salesman and noticed all were very polite and never forced me to buy, but had good product knowledge or tried to get me the info. Though i have seen better used cars of the same model at other dealership i would decide to buy from here, because i think if their sales guys are this good their management should be good if that is so, so will be their after sales service.
This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.
I inquired about a CPO Miata online, and Andy Nguyen responded promptly with all the requested info. Throughout the process from test drive to answering my questions, Andy was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. It certainly made my first Mazda experience amazing!
Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I walked away believing that this whole team was there to help us all reach a common goal which was driving away with a car at the best affordable deal. Thank you all for your help!
Starting from the initial Internet contact with Diego, to the moment we stepped foot on the lot and met Jim Cord and his sincere warmth and friendliness, to the efficiency of Jeff Rosen, thoroughly explaining and matching a comparative offer from another dealer, to finally wrap finances around with Ed, we could have not been more satisfied the ease, friendliness and no pressure attitude of the entire staff. There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. The entire experience maybe lasted 2-3 hours, and we are now owners of a beautiful vehicle
