2017 Mazda CX-9 review
I've researched a lot the options on the 7-seat SUV range before buying this one. It is very stylish, despite being a big family SUV. On the road it is fun to drive and you almost forget you are in a big bulky car. The trunk doesn't have as much cargo capacity as, for example, a Pilot, but if you need that much space perhaps you should consider a truck. :) One of the high points of the car I think is the amount of premium features that come standard. Things like head up display projected on the front windshield, which is something that you only get on high end BMW, Audi or Mercedes.

2016 Mazda CX-9 review
Car i test drove was great but don't bother looking at vehicles from hamstead pre-owned in hamstead md . They post a great price, then wouldn't discuss numbers on the phone. Show up 2nd time ,drive car and sit down to buy and add not only price +tax but 800 process fee, 600 freight, and something called HPO fee of 1800 dollars all on a used car. Total xxxxxxxx scam tactic to get u in there , waste ur time. Just to reveal real price is thousands more. Avoid at all cost, i did not purchase

2021 Mazda CX-9 review
I absolutely love this car, its so comfortable so luxurious, such a nice smooth ride, powerful and spacious! I owned it for over a year, my only complaint, it didn't get very good gas mileage as I drove mostly around town. I averaged 24mpg around town, and about 28mpg on the highway. If it had gotten better gas mileage I would have kept it forever!

2017 Mazda CX-9 review
I have a bmw x5 but just had my 4th baby, so we needed a car that seats more than 5. After a lot of online comparisons, we narrowed it down to 5, the CX-9 was one of them. When we finally got to see it in person, test drive it, and see all the features it has, we were sold! There are so many features on this SUV so I won't list them all, but it is very great on gas and the third row isnt super compact like some other cars I've looked at. The price is very reasonable for what you get, and we already have a few friends with different SUVs that are now looking into the Mazda CX-9.

2018 Mazda CX-9 review
This SUV replaced a 2009 Saturn Outlook we owned, and it has excelled in everyway over that one! Luxurious interior better performance and gas mileage .Handles like a sports car and plenty of standard options! Cant say enough nice things about it! Only one thing and we knew that before we bought it that cargo space with third row seat was limited, other than that I am totally satisfied! Good warranty also! It only had 23000 miles on it, came off a lease so it was like new! Great used car buy! It's my daily driver.

2023 Mazda CX-9 review
Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

MY MAZDA CX9 GRAND TOURING IS A VERY NICE CAR. GAS MILEAGE IS GOOD, THE CAR'S FEATURES ARE GREAT, AND IT IS COMFORTABLE TO DRIVE. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE "HEADS UP DSIPLAY". Lexus of Naperville review
This was our first time buying a Lexus and the Naperville dealership was beautiful. We worked with Dylan Kiser, who was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. I would definitely return to this dealership and work with Dylan, Allan, and Brendan again. Thanks, fellas.
2019 Mazda CX-9 review
We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

I don’t write many reviews, but Gabby absolutely earned this one. I started with an online inquiry and received a quick response from Napleton Mazda. I was then connected with Gabby, and from that point on, she took ownership of everything and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I shopped several Mazda dealerships before making my decision, and working with Gabby is ultimately what brought me to Napleton. I had my heart set on a very specific CX-70 in Zircon Sand Metallic, and they were surprisingly hard to find. After test-driving one at another dealership, I knew that was the color I wanted. I called Gabby, expecting to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have one.” Instead, she immediately started searching dealer inventory and told me she’d do everything she could to find one. She tracked down several possibilities, followed up with other dealerships, ruled one out after learning it had been damaged, and then located another one that was exactly what I was looking for. She and the Napleton team went out and got the vehicle for me. That level of effort meant a lot because she wasn’t just trying to sell me what was on her lot—she was determined to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I’ll admit, some people might see a young salesperson and make assumptions. Don’t make that mistake. Gabby is incredibly knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured. She took the time to listen, explain my options, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What impressed me the most wasn’t just her knowledge—it was how much she genuinely cared. Her communication was outstanding. She always responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and followed through on everything she said she would do. In today’s world, that kind of customer service is hard to find. My wife and I left feeling like we were treated with honesty, respect, and appreciation—not like we were just another sale. The entire team made the purchase go smoothly, but Gabby is the reason we chose Napleton. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, do yourself a favor and ask for Gabby. 2022 Mazda CX-9 review
I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

2015 Mazda CX-9 review
I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .
