2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Great car love the sophisticated and upscale exterior and interior First time hybrid plug in purchase and seeing fuel savings, would like to see greater electric range. It would be nice to have more information on how to get the most out of the phev, from dealership, I know that this is a new model and there will be undoubtedly more information coming Our dealership was excellent in all phases of helping us procure our Mazda thankful for them Excited to drive this more!

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
I really do love my CX-90 PHEV but, as anyone will tell you as an early owner of a brand new model of anything, there are kinks to work out. I can get most of my driving done on battery without having to transition to the gas engine which is awesome. The amount of time it takes to charge is not awesome. I would schedule all of my charging to happen late at night when power is cheapest but the charger it comes with takes 11 hours to fully charge. I bought a level 2 charger which takes closer to 8 hours. An improvement but not what I was hoping for. The infotainment system randomly but consistently disconnects from my phone without explanation or warning. It reconnects quickly but it is very annoying. Finally, the engine will sometimes have hiccups when I'm driving on either engine. I will feel a weird surge of power which worries me a bit. Other than not being able to get the color I wanted (I was told "soul red" isn't popular on larger, "mom" cars) I am very happy with the car. It is stylish, fits my whole family very comfortably, and it was a wonderful upgrade from my 2020 CX-5 (which I also LOVED). I can't wait to see what the future holds with PHEV vehicles. What a wonderful bridge between gas and electric - makes it feel totally reliable!

Arrived at this dealership to pick up a car I had been discussing with Adel Brea, one of their sales associates, via phone and email. She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Because of these three individuals, I will be referring as many people as possible to this dealership. Thank you for doing right by us!
2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought this at Modern Mazda in Watertown ct from Steve Duffy…car is great,better than expected. Glad I waited for the new model, the console and feel of the car is better than Cx-9. I dont regret , haven’t been disappointed with a thing. Captains chairs, ventilated seats, HUD and console are why I bought this, plus the extra mileage from phev. I’d recommend researching the install of charger at home before purchasing, charging is where you get the real bang for buck. This car is a tremendous value!

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Just purchased my CX90 PHEV Monday, took a long drive, 300 mi. Became familiar with it's features & so far, I love everything about this SUV! Very comfortable, well worth the asking price my opinion. The car definitely has presence! The Mazda CX90 PHEV Appears upscale as well with great panel fitment & clean lines.....Pardon Me, would you happen to have any...Grey Poupon?

When I dug down deep and opened their glorious doors only to see nothing but Magnificence in front of my eyes whichever way I turned! That along with Smiles from anyone who made eye contact with me. Nice change from being bombarded from “Bored Hungry Hunting” salesmen in most car dealerships that I visited in the last 2 weeks! By now knowing quite a bit more about “A Woman” shopping a car all my her lonesome…I had learned a thing or two about “Games, Hidden charges and Fees!” No, Not nice! But Not at SCHWARTZ MAZDA! Not for one moment did I feel that Noah Anderson, my salesman wasn’t listening to my needs, he knew I was “The Real Deal!” And that was exactly what I needed, just to be Heard and to get the Best Vehicle that I Could Afford! By chance I did get to meet their General Manager, a True Gentleman, Sean Lennon! A man with one of the Most Humble, Kind and Gentle Soul’s with the Utmost Respect for my position I had been left with after being a victim of a most “Wicked and Evil Scam!” I can write a book about that day, but better than that I MUST APPLAUD and give SCHWARTZ MAZDA and their Associates a TRIPLE A+ Rating! A TEAM to be “Respected and Mirrored!” Anyone looking now or in the near future for a new or used vehicle that fits their budget ~~Do Not, I Repeat DO NOT Hesitate…. 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.
