I was very please with the review of why I was bringing my Mazda 5 in for other than regular service. Explained my unusual symptom of the surging of the engine when foot on brake. Service jumped in behind the wheel and amazingly enough car did it in drive and neutral, and we were on our way to a solution. Was told there would be no delay to search out a part or low staffing issues with getting the car done that day. And again I was a drop in customer. Got a call about other items that were required to repair or update on my 2012 Mazda 5 pushing 90,000 miles. All was pretty standard and one repair answered why I was hearing a popping sound. Only one mishap. Picked up car before closing on a rainy day, had had wipers replaced. Left the dealer in the rain in lots of traffic. Passenger wiper was excellent. Driver's side wiper sounded like the rubber was solid and just streaked. Got home and went in to make dinner and forgot. Next day went across town for an event and same issues with wiper. Star call to thank me for choosing them and I reported about the wiper. Received a how to possibly take care of the issue as some clay preservative may be on the wiper, xxxx may be on the window. My husband check the wiper and the packing plastic blade protector was still on the wiper. All in all very happy with service and how my car is running. Would have been funny if it wasn't a rainy day. That is the reason for 4 stars, would have been a 4.75 if possible. Simple mishap, but disappointing as wiper blades were very important that evening driving home on a dark and rainy night.
Their service department is exceptional. They back the Volvo warranty and they always take really good care of me. I would deathly recommend the sealer based on how well I was treated [after] I bought my XC70

Michael & Max made our experience at Mazda a great one! We walked in last Thursday to get my sister the new Soul Red Mazda 6 for her Birthday. Michael showed us the cars available at their location, and when he realized we were looking for something in specific he offered to take us to their lot which is a located a few miles away from the dealership. My sister took her time picking the right car, and Mike was very patient and helpful. He even let us drive the car back to the dealership as test drive by ourselves! He gave us a great deal and never try to oversell or push us to buy anything extra, only made suggestions which I appreciate. He then introduced us to Max who did our paperwork. He was very speedy and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed and really comfortable. All around a great experience! Happy to have come back as a repeat client. Kudos to Mazda Culver City! I stopped by to drop off some papers the following Saturday and they were really busy. I am glad we went in on Thursday. They are definitely doing things right!

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.

I was welcomed warmly by Nathon, the service rep, and he answered all my questions and guided me to the waiting room. The waiting area had comfortable chairs, a nice selection of hot teas and coffee and healthy snacks. The service was quicker than expected (1 hour) and my check out experience was also fast and easy. The staff was kind and efficient. I will happily visit again!
I saw the 2016 Mazda 3 in the street and I liked it so I contacted Patrick Howard Internet specialist at Mazda Santa Monica.Merely few days later, due to Patrick professional and quick excellent response, I was in the show room and went to test drive a few cars and on the same day decided on a model. Patrick made this whole experience a pleasure experience. An In and Out experience. Also Patrick took the time to get us the best deal and after he had made the sale took his time to explain the Car system and the bluetooth set up that he made for us for both our phone. Now that is perfect service. If you think buying a car is a dreading experience go see Patrick and he will quickly change your mind.
Our salesperson (Patrick) was very knowledgeable of the vehicles' specifications and was very attentive to our questions. As this was the first new car that we have purchased it was naturally a stressful undertaking. Patrick put us at ease with his personality and assured us that he had our best interests at heart. The finance manager (Diallo) was also very knowledgeable with regard to the available warranties, maintenance plans, etc. and made us comfortable with the financing process. Altogether a wonderful experience. I will gladly recommend Santa Monica Mazda to friends and family for their future vehicle purchases and will DEFINITELY be back for our next new car. How good is Culver. I'd driven east to live for a while. The alternator died in Danbury, Ct. They told me they would not even open the hood of my car for at least a week. I actually called Martin at Culver City who within an hour found a towing truck to take it to Manhattan the next day, and I was driving home by the end of that next day.
Hello, I don't write reviews but felt I had to after my experience. I'm a senior and was very nervous when my car started to act up. I thought it was going to be a expensive repair. It turned out to be a cheap fix. What a relief! I had purchased my car here a long time ago and still have it. Over the years they have provided great service. Thank you.
