We recently purchased a used Mazda CX5 at Mazda Gallery. Our sales person, Joe D, made the whole process simple. There was no pressure, but he was there to answer every question and to expedite the paperwork process. I feel we got a great car, a good deal and a few laughs thanks to Joe.
The receptionist was friendly, we were helped within couple minutes, the sales adviser (Kayshawn) was very attentive, Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Excellent customer service. The price was fair. The financier wasn’t too friendly or had much patience about the process. I recommend the sales advisor, the dealer, not the finance process.
I know most people don't care about a dealers reviews its always about the price but as for me being a former Sales Mgr at a dealership for 10 yrs i know that reviews do matter it says a lot about whether a dealer cares about its customers or not thats why i traveled almost 2 hrs to Direct Auto team in Canton and driving by many many other dealers along the way. After arriving i was allowed to take the car for a test drive alone which gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car i even pulled over and spent about 20 minutes just looking things over and trying every button and lever to make sure they all worked.After getting back to the dealership i sat with Nick in sales and met Dimitry the Mgr who came over to introduce himself. All can say is the buying experience was great everyone was very friendly and i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I left there that day with a great deal and went home with the car i wanted.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone! And i hope this review does matter!!!!!
Avon Auto had exactly the vehicle I had been searching weeks for at a price that was more than fair, especially compared to other listings. On top of this, Mike who worked with me upon arrival was more than helpful and made the buying process as smooth as it could be. Overall: 10 /10, would buy again.

Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices. Lillie was wonderful to work with and Jose was very nice. We purchased from the Whitman location and is a first car for our son. So far the car is running great and is in good shape! Only suggestion would be to remove the sticker residue from the windshield before we take it off the lot. Maybe clean the windows and give the car a wash. All around great experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Bill at the dealership was great to work with. Was always available to answer any question I had about the car. I had to have car shipped to KY and Bill took care of setting up shipping to me at a fair price.
We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. We felt his customer service and our experience was outstanding. Ricardo Dordete whom did the lease paperwork was. very personable and patient with our questions.
I bought a slightly used Honda HRV and I love it. Ara was nice to me the whole time and very helpful even though he was a newer employee. The managers and service department were very helpful as well and Alex the delivery guy was super friendly and helpful too. Ask for Ara next time you???re here!!!
We recently purchased a vehicle at Herb Chambers Seekonk for the first time. It was a great experience at this nice looking dealership. The staff were friendly. Bruce Reis, our sales consultant, was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered every one of our questions in detail and made the purchase smooth and easy. He followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was satisfactory on our side. We truly enjoyed the customer service from Bruce. Our service coordinator Kevin was also very friendly and patiently helped us set up all the features of our car.
The salesperson, Duarte Bettencourt, was easy going and helpful in my decision to buy a Mazda for the first time. Sean Scheiffern in financing was very accessible when I called to discuss changing my warranty protection status.
