I have been there twice, once as a walk in and once with an appointment. Both times the service was outstanding, service was completed within the times they quoted. Will return for all future service, and repairs if needed.
It is a reliable car considering that it is used.

It is a 2010 and ok for a used vehicle. I have had a few problems with the car in the few months that I have owned it.
The staff was friendly. Sales rep I dealt with was upfront and I appreciate that. Many options werr provided, i had been pre-qualified online before hand so that helped the salesman. The buying process was quick.

Mazda pretty much had all of my needs. Technology, leg room, performance, design etc. but it is too price when you compare the Mazda 3 with other vehicles in same class
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months

I love it! I hate to sell it but expanding family means we are in need of a larger vehicle. It has kept me and my children safe during our use of it.
Irving helped me so much!!! My engine went out, he took care of everything....He got my rental ready, took care of my warranty and I had my car back within the week. This man should never get a bad review. This line of work can be frustrating and he was pleasant the whole time. Thank you Irving very much

Excited to own this car. Thrilled to find this car. Drove for first time on hwy and am happy that it drives so well. Clean car.
Our Salesman Mike McCann was AWESOME! He made sure our Truck buying experience was a good one. He knows what he is doing! We got the Ford F-150 XLT SUPERCREW CAB 4X4 and LOVE IT! Our drive from Stockton was well worth it! We will definitely be back when ready for another car!

This car met my needs and beyond. Never thought I’d become a fan of Mazda. My little car never let me down. Even when the AT light came on, she kept going and still hasn’t stopped.

Because of my back problems, my only complaint is seat comfort which I solved with an orthopedic pillow. I get over that the EPA-rated mpg and at 85,000 am about to do my first brake replacement. Only other repair to date: new battery. It is a fun car to drive, peppy, quick handling, the right size for city parking. This model is old enough that it's not loaded with useless distracting electronic gear, a plus in my opinion. But it has bluetooth so it has a solid iphone connection,
I had a wonderful seamless experience! Taylor was great and saved the car we wanted! I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a new car!

Has the feel of a sporty car and handles very well. Smooth ride. Good gas mileage and little maintaince costs. Could have a little more legroom in back. Lip on trunk opening limits size of what can put in.
Would like a cup holder in drivers door. Husband has limited mobility and has difficult time getting in and out and adjusting the seat back tilt. He also feel the door handle is too far back and his elbow is stopped by the back of the seat. Like the backup camera and that it beeps when a car approaching from side, not just behind the car. Love the alerts on the mirrors of car in blind spot. Like GPS, but not always intuitive. Disappointed it doesn't seem to have moveable headlights.
I purchased a car today from justbettercars.com. Dave Stratton was the salesman I was working with. I walked in with a very bad credit score but a large down payment. I test drove a 2016 Nissan Rogue, they let me drive it all the way to foresthill and back to pick up my dad for moral support. After falling in love with it. Dave personally drove me to the bank to cash my $8,200 check for my down payment I got cold feet. My paperwork had already been written up and handshakes made but I was worried about having another large car payment. Dave then allowed me to look at other options, I test drove 2 other cars, a Mazda 3 and a Hyundai Elantra. After deciding on the Elantra and once again shaking hands on a a deal I got cold feet. I was ready to walk out but Dave convinced me to go talk to the finance manager. In the end the finance manager was able to take my interest down by 8% and my payment down by $50 per month. I’ve only owned the car for 4 hours but the patience Dave (although he got a bit testy in the end, but understandably so, he had spent the whole day with me) and the whole team had was great. This is my first owned car. Before I used to drive a 2003 Saturn Ion and then a 2012 Kia Soul. The Mazda3 was such a nice drive and has all the features I could have ever asked for! I love the car.

Great soundsystem! Interior is sleek. Exterior hawt. Definitely sporty. I had 6-speed manual and LOVED it! (Only got a new car because I moved to the mountains and needed AWD but miss that Mazda3 everyday.)
I have purchased more than 20 cars from dealers including Audi and Lexus. This was one of my best buying experiences ever. Mike and Jeremy were very honest and knew the way to get me the best deal. I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.

Great gas milage. Great styling and curves. Interior feels more premium then the car is and a very comfortable ride with heated seats, dual climate control air conditioning.
Rickie was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of every feature of the vehicle which I really appreciated. He identified my needs and executed on helping me with the perfect vehicle. Every staff member I came in contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This is exactly what I was looking for. All leather interior, sunroof for when I'm cruising, Bluetooth GPS, Pearly white and cruising in style. I'm so excited!!
My 2013 Mazda 3 needed minor repair to the front bumper as well as maintenance work, and I was able to get an appointment right away online. I was met at the Service Entry with helpful support, and Don Smith, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent service at AutoNation Mazda Roseville and feel that the low price was a wonderful. I would recommend AutoNation Mazda Roseville to anyone.

I bought it because it looked cool and I have never heard anything bad about Mazda. After two months of owning this car it has met all my expectations and then some! It’s teally fun and comfortable to drive. Really enjoy it and would highly recommend buying one
